The waitress Nicole was extremely nice and helpful. I ordered their shrimp tacos along with their fish tacos. The were delicious! I love the toppings they add to their tacos (varies on the type of taco), it gives it a crunch even though they are corned soft shelled. The shrimp taco had bacon crumbles on it, which I found unique but it worked together really well. They have several selections of tacos, and will customize them if need be. On a Tuesday their tacos are only $2.00 and thats for every taco that they offer! They are usually $3.99 each which still isn't too bad for them. As for drinks, I ordered the Coronita (margarita with corona). It was made just right. For happy hour they have margaritas for $2.50 and you can add extra shots for only $2.00. Happy hour is the best time to come cause you'll save a lot and leave satisfied. I love their music selection, and the ambiance looks like it would be fun to bring a bunch of people and mingle. When the waitress finally came, I told her I would be paying partly in cash and partly by card. I gave her the cash first, but when I tried to pay the remainder with my card, their system wouldn't allow the card to be swiped. I told the waitress to give me a moment so I could get the rest of the money in cash. Instead of staying or coming back shortly after, she left us waiting again. At that point, I had already been waiting an unreasonable amount of time, so I decided to leave the remaining cash on the table and walk out. As my girlfriend and I were walking toward the exit, the waitress rushed after us and told me I had to come back to the table to make sure I had paid the tab. I explained that I had left the remaining cash on the table. She still made me walk back, counted the money, and then said, "Sorry, I had to make sure you didn't walk out." I understand that employees need to make sure tabs are paid, but the way this was handled was extremely unprofessional. We were left waiting for 30 minutes when we were ready to pay, then left waiting again when the card didn't work. Yet the moment she thought we might have left without paying, she immediately rushed after us. Being made to walk back to the table and essentially being treated as though I was trying to leave without paying was embarrassing and frustrating--especially when I had already made an effort to pay and had left the remaining cash on the table. I'm not upset that she wanted to verify the payment. It was the way she handled the entire situation and the way she spoke to us that was the problem. Very poor customer service, and unfortunately I won't be returning.
