We just had a FABULOUS experience with Teresa and her company, FLORIDA CAPITAL COURIER SERVICES!…read more In addition to offering a very reasonably-priced complete service, Teresa personally answered all my questions with great knowledge and patience and the service was SUPER FAST! We sent her a Marriage Certificate to be apostilled by the State, and her staff took it PERSONALLY to the Florida Department of State the SAME DAY, picked it back up also PERSONALLY the very same day it got done by the state, and then immediately mailed it to us! --- We had the same service done by ANOTHER COMPANY to another document before; it took forever, and we never got it in the end! I wish I could leave 0 stars. I attended my sisters wedding this weekend and when I tell you this…read moreman was so unprofessional, that's an understatement. My sister was worried he wouldn't show because of how unresponsive he became after receiving his deposit that we had a back up there on stand by. I'm heartbroken we didn't just use him instead. To start, the wedding was supposed to start at 5...he showed up 10 mins late. He read off his cell phone, stumbled through the entire thing like it was the first time he read it, and when it came time to do the vows, he said "repeat after me" and read through an entire paragraph (stumbling and repeating words) before a pause. He didn't allow him any time to repeat anything. My sister was so frustrated she just said "sure" and slid her hand into the ring. My sister is the most laid back person and when I found her afterwards she asked me to have him leave and she wasn't paying him the rest. Multiple people asked him to leave before he finally did. I'm thankful we didn't let him completely ruin the night...but I wouldn't trust him not to ruin yours.
