I didn't realize a new owner came in to Easy Mail until a week or so ago when I came in to ship to my sister in Panama City some shoes. I stood in behind 2 other people while this man didn't know what he was doing. I tried to be patient but the two customers who were there didn't even acknowledge there were 2 others waiting in line. No Hello or anything like the other owners did. Very unfriendly and for the prices they charge, I want decent service which you wont get here anymore! Eating food while talking: Rude. Ignoring customers right in front of you: Rude. It smells bad, Neither one of these people are aware on what to do or how to talk to customers. They both need training in working with the public. Im not going back as I left and took my things to the UPS store on the Publix side. The two other customers also walked out and I saw them both at the UPS when I got there. Unbelievably bad service and high shipping rates, not to mention the woman behind the counter with the miserable attitude. This place deserves to go out of business quickly. I don't usually go out of my way to comment on bad service but this place was THE WORST. The place was filthy and the woman behind the counter, who was arguing with another customer when I came in the door, sat there eating cookies while she waited on people in apparent disregard as to where the crumbles fell. Very unprofessional and rude. My mother and I were there for 10 minutes waiting on a copy and woman says "this stupid thing" out loud which was just showing how unprofessional she is. Get something that works and you wont have this problem. We just took our business somewhere else, this place is run down, dirty and whoever that old woman is, she needs some customer service skill training! Wont be back here and I suggest anyone who used this place in the past to go to another location. This one is awful! read more

This place is ridiculous! Stupid woman calls me and says bring $1.00 to pay for a package I already dropped off and was prepaid! Said there wasn't enough postage on it. A prepaid label and it wasn't enough postage?????? This dumb ass does NOT know about customer service or how to talk to people. There is a big ugly dog they keep in there too. who keeps a big dog in a retail mall when customers are in and out? I have never see such incompetence in my life! read more

Of all mailing shops in Tallahassee, this is the WORST! Customer service stinks, they lose things and owner is really a B******** Does NOT need to be working with the public, that's for sure. WORST place EVER since that last owner was there. I now go to the UPS store across the street. They at least know what they are doing. Take my advice and stay away from the dog pound AKA Easy Mail. That dog is always in there and the place stinks to high heaven! What kind of retail business keeps a DOG inside it all day EVERY day! No more for me that's for sure! read more

Great Customer Service & the most friendly atmosphere in all of Tallahassee and very very helpful! Cant get service & friendliness just anywhere no more, and beats going to the sorry post offices! The shipping & packing of this store is # 1 and they have all you need in one stop! read more
