We just had a FABULOUS experience with Teresa and her company, FLORIDA CAPITAL COURIER SERVICES!…read more In addition to offering a very reasonably-priced complete service, Teresa personally answered all my questions with great knowledge and patience and the service was SUPER FAST! We sent her a Marriage Certificate to be apostilled by the State, and her staff took it PERSONALLY to the Florida Department of State the SAME DAY, picked it back up also PERSONALLY the very same day it got done by the state, and then immediately mailed it to us! --- We had the same service done by ANOTHER COMPANY to another document before; it took forever, and we never got it in the end! But Teresa and her staff did this one in RECORD time! Do not waste your time and money trying other companies! Florida Capital Courier Services promises AND delivers in record time and for an excellent price! The experience was so good for us, that I wish we needed to have more documents done so I could send those to Florida Capital Courier! Lol!

This CPA had prepared my taxes for multiple years and until recently there were never any issues…read more Then in 2024 I started having problems with Bill. I had to file an extension that year. After we filed it I called and went into the office no less than 8 times over the next year inquiring about my taxes.. Every time I called I got a different story. One time I was told not to worry because I had an additional extension due to a federal hurricane declaration. Another time I was told Bill was on vacation and he would call me back. Still other times I was told they were working on it and they would update me. Nobody ever returned my calls or kept me in the loop about anything. Finally, I started receiving letters from the IRS about paying my overdue taxes. Even when I called and told them this I was again told they would call me back. I finally ended up having to go a different route to file my taxes. In the end I payed four times the cost of going to a different accountant in late penalties and interest. They lacked the basic professionalism to tell me they weren't handling my tax return so I could get ahead of it and handle it differently. They just strung me along while it cost me thousands of dollars extra. Bill always seems very overworked and he will keep you hanging about the status of your taxes. I cannot recommend this CPA to anyone under any circumstances!

Stopped in this afternoon to mail out three packages and an envelope. Tommy was very helpful and…read moremade polite conversation. He helped me pick the most cost efficient shipping with tracking. I had boxed up two of the packages myself at home, the third he did, and I needed a cardboard envelope for the fourth. It cost about $10 for the box, packing peanuts, and labor (labor alone was $4.50). The store inside is basically just a warehouse. Nothing pretty but gets the job done! The parking was fine & it was surprisingly easy to get in & out of their parking lot with the traffic.

I used Pak Mail 450 after a Tallahassee-area auction referred me there to collect, pack, and ship a…read moresmall item. Pak Mail quoted me $118.96, including $87.11 attributed to FedEx shipping. I checked directly with FedEx and was quoted $39.80 as an individual customer without any commercial discount. Pak Mail's total quote was nearly three times that amount, and even the portion attributed to FedEx was more than twice FedEx's direct retail price. Although I asked, I was never given an explanation for this substantial difference. This was especially concerning because commercial shipping businesses generally receive carrier discounts that individual customers do not. Pak Mail would not adjust its quote. I ultimately purchased my own $39.80 FedEx label and still paid Pak Mail $54.35 for pickup and packing, bringing my total delivery cost to $94.15. I understand that a business must charge for its services and make a reasonable profit. My concern is the lack of transparent pricing and the unexplained difference between the stated FedEx charge and FedEx's direct price. Before using this location, obtain a written, itemized estimate, check the carrier's rate yourself, and read the other customer reviews. Based on my experience, I would not use Pak Mail 450 again.
