Always an excellent experience, even more when Charlie is working. It's great that he is usually there when I have my vehicle washed. He is always so helpful and works hard at his job. He pays attention to detail especially for the prep before entering the wash or if anything else needs attention while you are drying or vacuuming your vehicle and that matters to me. It's nice to see someone with strong work ethic. I never have to wait long even when there's a long line. And for those few people that seem to have a problem, if you have an issue, they go out of their way to make it right. read more

I wouldn't give this place one star I just wanted a receipt 30 minutes later the lady still trying to argue with me over a receipt instead of just telling me that they can't give me a receipt. She calls the police on me. Unbelievable all because I asked for a receipt. read more

So i usually don't do this but this was my first time here and im definitely not happy here's why. First the manager i assume was helpful and explain every wash and membership to me I got the $24 and when I got with my wash I was highly disappointed. No tire shine my wheels were still dirty and my windshield as well. And still some dirt and some mushy stuff on my car still I had to physically clean it off. I pulled in and had a guy ask me what wash I wanted - I ask for one with tire shine - went the the wash and when I pulled out to vacuum the wheels were not clean and no tire shine - I caught one guys attention and he said it had been broke for three days - ask him to get me a manager and why they were selling something that didn't work - this place only cares about $$$ and not telling you the truth - will be calling better business bureau tomorrow - please do not take your car here !!!! read more

On Feb. 4 I had our car washed and noticed some damage on the front bumper. I immediately reported it, and was told there was no manager because he/she had been fired. So all I could do was fill out a claim and "somebody would get back with me." Needless to say, despite several attempts at follow up both locally and corporate, I've not been able to speak to anyone with any authority. I'm continuing to follow up, but in the meantime, STAY AWAY!! read more

Pretty great place. Well needed in this area. It was full and packed but you didn't have to wait long to be served. It all went really fast. I freaked out a bit when I saw the line, worried I might have to waste 2-3 hours there, but I was done getting the car washed, cleaning the exterior and interior, and vacuuming in way less than 1 hour. And I always waste all my time pampering my car. But here, everything is available or quickly replaced as needed. They offer free vacuuming, dry towels, glass and also all purpose cleaners, water fountains, and restrooms (which are extremely cleaned and smelled really good! I was impressed. I am hoping it is the same for the men's restrooms. I didn't go in to check. I should have). The whole place is extremely clean. They have available staff members around who keep the place clean, replace empty bottles or used towels, empty trash and dirty towels cans, answer your questions and assist you if needed. From what I saw, they do not clean or vacuum your car for you even if you were willing to pay for it. I wonder if that is a service they could offer in the future. I wouldn't mind giving my keys to someone to have them go through the whole process (washing, vacuuming, and cleaning) while I eat at the restaurant across. As you can see on one of my pictures however, the car was not entirely clean even after I went through the whole package (the 20$ one I believe). I had to use the cleaner and a towel on multiple spots. But I have to admit that my car was dirtier then usual. So don't let that stop you. It still deserves 5 stars in my opinion. I will totally recommend this place and will surely go back. I might update on the cleaning later if I end up having to clean dirty spots too often. Did not proofread, so excuse the mistakes. terrible service . the manager was horrible. he announced in front of everyone my card was declined and it actually went through and charged me for the month and they said that didn't show up on their end and made me leave the car wash through the side and then took the money out of my account twice and the manager basically said not his problem. what a moron. dont to business with the new group total crooks. read more

Will never take my vehicles here again. Be aware if you have custom or painted rims this place will scratch them, and btw the owner won't give a shit. He actually had the balls to tell me I hit a curb and thats why the paint was rubbed smooth off my rim. I took them to get repaired and the shop told me they were absolutely not curb rubbed. I probably use this car wash more than anyone. I like my vehicles clean and come in every day or every other day. Both my Ram and my wife's Suburban have monthly plans. I wish they had an undercarriage sprayer but that's my only complaint. Vacuums are strong and everyone is always nice. I was so glad when I saw this place being built and I'm even happier with the product they produce. read more

Well I used the car wash this morning and I will never go back this was my first time using it. I was hollered at by the attendant because he was to busy trying to direct me and pay attention to other things around him. I had never used it and never will again. If I wanted to be yelled at I would use my husband's shop and clean my car. I know some of you are thinking your husband details car yes but not mine and that is why I was going to try this car wash never again I can be yelled at by my husband and my grandma 1st thing in the morning. read more

The last 3 visits have been a disappointment. The washing begins at the entrance with 2 attendants. Unfortunately one of those attendants doesn't appear to care about getting the bugs pretreated from the front of your car. Slap some soapy water on your window and the taillights. It hasn't gotten better with more visits. I always have to finish wiping and drying the car after exiting. I have always with each visit that they could get it clean for $12, let alone for $20. read more

Stopped in for the first time, the car was filthy! I was advised to get the $16 car wash instead of the $20 wash because of the roof rack. It did a fairly good job but missed a bunch of dirt. They let me run it through again at no charge, and it looked great! Even the tires shined! Very courteous people. They have my business from now on. read more

I had one of the worst experiences today. Went to get my car washed, dove in with the instructions of one of the attendants. He monitioned to the left then to the right, then to stop, then to back up and come forward. With my windows up I heard him say I heard a pop and then I heard air. I rolled down my window and asked did a tire pop and he said oh no it was the thing you drive over. Proceeded to get the car wash. I drove out and pulled into the vacuum area and my tire was completely flat. The young men there and I emphasize the young men were so nice. I asked to speak to a manager, thinking the facility was responsible and he would help me. One of the young men went to get him. In the mean time the young guys proceeded to look for my spare. (who knew newer models did not have spares). But these guys were trying to help. They could see I was upset. The manager on duty finally came and he said do you have someone to call and I said yes, but do yall not have people to help. He walked offf without saying anything and when he finally came back he said I went over the video and its drivers error. He said you didnt look at the sign that said stop. I said no sir I was watching the attendant. He proceeded to tell me it was my fault . I ask again could he not help me and he said I call my manager, but this is drivers error and walked off. One of the young men pulled out his phone and looked up Tire Places and of course they are closed on Sunday and a holiday weekend. I called AAA and in the mean time the manger (Mike) came and I texplained my experience and told him how rude. the manager on duty had been. He also stated he could not help me, but could give me a ride.I told him I had it handle, but ask where they not accountable. Also he walks off and comes back and says its drivers error. The manager on duty came out with him and I asked them both, if the facility was not accountable and they did not have to be so rude. Mike said "i aint buying no tire." Mike proceeded to pat Chester on the back and say "hey don't worry about it" I told them I would put this on social media and Chester proceeds to get in my face and says "is this a threat" and I said no sir its not. He said you put this on social media and I will put the tape of you driving on there..You know he may have been my fault and it may have been the mistake of the attendant with his arm wavements. There is no reason in being rude and not trying to help someone. These 2 men could take a lesson from the young guys. read more
