They are actually spending real time and real effort mailing us bills that we told them we are not responsible for and will not be paying, which just go in the trash. The most hilarious part of this is that they're asking for money after their tech DESTROYED OUR BASEMENT by covering everything in WASTE. And yes this includes things like my wedding dress and other precious heirlooms. Why did this happen? Because everyone was in too much of a rush to properly cover things or be careful, and in the process of taking the container up the stairs to properly remove the waste, dropped it and dumped waste all over EVERYTHING. Not an apology, didn't clean things up thoroughly, just vanished. So we were charged extra AND had to clean up an entire basement covered in crap. STAY FAR AWAY.

We even had Henniker Septic make a custom vent cover that I really like- my husband built a garden around it and it looks great now... Creative, quality work & fair pricing.

One of the biggest mistakes my wife and I made when our house in the White Mountains suffered…read moremajor, sever water damage impacting all floors, appliances, walls, etc. was NOT to hire SERVPRO to perform the mitigation (cleanup) services as part of the overall repair process. No, we made the mistake of using one of their competitors who took +5 visits over 2 months to complete the task. However, once that headache was resolved, we did make the RIGHT DECISION to partner with SERVPRO to complete the repair portion of the process and thank God we did because we had the privilege of working with Mr. Gordon Brown, General Manager; SERVPRO. From the beginning, Gordon took the time to insure we had a clear understanding of what the repair process entailed including potential "surprises" that might arise given our particular situation and his vast knowledge and experience that he had accumulated over his career in the construction industry. I could go into exhaustive detail and cite numerous examples of Gordon's promptness, attention to detail, ability to delivery, and just creating a comfortable working relationship with my wife and I but I won't. Suffice to say that Gordon Brown was the major reason why we are now avid SERVPRO clients and will recommend them to all our friends. My only regret is that I did not meet Gordon before we started the mitigation portion of the project! Thank you Gordon, Best, Frank N.

So after a few tries, I left a message asking that they contact either myself or my tenants. It took three weeks to get a call back. When I finally did get called back, I asked that they contact my tenants so they could go to the house, see what needed to be done, and give me a firm estimate. As of this date, three weeks later, they have contacted neither myself nor my tenants. What a bunch of unprofessional jerks.

The entire project went very smoothly and we were consulted every step of the way. The work to our home has been stunning. We had a major renovation completed - added front and back dormers to our cape, and a new mudroom/entry built - and we lived on the first floor the entire time the project was going on. They never disturbed our living space throughout the project and kept their work site extremely clean - they even took special care to ensure our cat was well cared for throughout the entire project. My wife was pregnant throughout the entire project and they went our of their way to discuss the implications of any and all materials they were using. Of all the great things I can say about Peachtree Builders, the biggest thing I need to stress is how amazing they were at communicating from day one to the last day working together. Each and every email, call and text was followed up on quickly, professionally and full of information we needed to help make a decision. On top of all this, the work itself is extremely high quality. We can't recommend them enough. We will use Peachtree Builders anytime we have another project on our house.

The workers were all very professional and warm, on schedule, and did a solid B+/A- job of cleaning - vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Clear out was also fine. However, one side of a sliding pocket door was knocked off its hanging rail by the cleaners (it's never had an issue in 30+ years). I think they may have opened it too far when sliding open. When I noticed it before they left, they acknowledged it happened. Later, following up through our realtor, Relax & Co refused to accept responsibility or to fix it. Relax & Co never reached out to me directly to try to remedy the problem. If you break something while working on my property, that should be your responsibility to fix. Their workers were fine, but I would not trust this company at the management level to hire them again.
