HUGE SHOUT OUT TO Relax & Co. ! I was in a huge pickle with…read moretwo companies who were supposed to complete a "punch list" of item at the house and never showed up or followed through Relax & Co. got back to me same day Monday, met with me yesterday, quoted me same day (with a price that I anticipated without blowing up figures), and are here 8AM to get to work! They knew I am on a time crunch for pictures and an open house in a week! I was stressing because I just do not have the tools to complete what needed to get done! They took empathy on me and stepped up to the plate! I was very fortunate to have found this company

So a mixed experience. We were selling a house and Relax &…read moreCo helped clear out some items and also clean. The workers were all very professional and warm, on schedule, and did a solid B+/A- job of cleaning - vacuuming, dusting, bathrooms, kitchen, etc. Clear out was also fine. However, one side of a sliding pocket door was knocked off its hanging rail by the cleaners (it's never had an issue in 30+ years). I think they may have opened it too far when sliding open. When I noticed it before they left, they acknowledged it happened. Later, following up through our realtor, Relax & Co refused to accept responsibility or to fix it. Relax & Co never reached out to me directly to try to remedy the problem. If you break something while working on my property, that should be your responsibility to fix. Their workers were fine, but I would not trust this company at the management level to hire them again.

The entire project went very smoothly and we were consulted every step of the way. The work to our home has been stunning. We had a major renovation completed - added front and back dormers to our cape, and a new mudroom/entry built - and we lived on the first floor the entire time the project was going on. They never disturbed our living space throughout the project and kept their work site extremely clean - they even took special care to ensure our cat was well cared for throughout the entire project. My wife was pregnant throughout the entire project and they went our of their way to discuss the implications of any and all materials they were using. Of all the great things I can say about Peachtree Builders, the biggest thing I need to stress is how amazing they were at communicating from day one to the last day working together. Each and every email, call and text was followed up on quickly, professionally and full of information we needed to help make a decision. On top of all this, the work itself is extremely high quality. We can't recommend them enough. We will use Peachtree Builders anytime we have another project on our house.

As of this date, three weeks later, they have contacted neither myself nor my tenants. What a bunch of unprofessional jerks.

The whole experience with Artisan was amazing…read more I called LaValley's and asked if they had garage door service. LaValley's told me that Artisan was the sub-contractor they used, and LaValley's would contact Artisan on my behalf. This was in the early afternoon. I expected maybe I'd get a call within a week or so about it. By mid-afternoon the same day, I got a call from Clay at Artisan. I was amazed I got such a prompt response. Then he amazed me further by asking if he could stop by in half an hour or so. So he showed up in about half an hour. I expected it to be a sales call and that they would schedule whatever service and parts my doors needed. Nope; Clay fixed the doors on the spot. Another half an hour or so later, my garage doors, one in particular, were working better than they have in many years. Clay was also very personable, friendly, and helpful. Everything about my experience with Artisan Garage Door was superlative.
