We came here for Mother's Day and we are super glad that it was low-key and the ambiance was calm and not as busy as other restaurants during this day. The staff here were sweet and prompt with bringing the food out to us. I ordered the grilled salmon (lunch) with a salad, and the proportion was ample enough for all of us to share. The burger was juicy, and my MIL got the fish and chips and she thoroughly enjoyed it.

The seafood is clearly extremely fresh and everything is cooked-to-order. And this place is pretty well-loved by locals (gets a lot of foot traffic). The highlight for me was the lobster roll; portion size was generous to the point where the lobster was falling out of the roll! The haddock was kinda average though as it didn't really impress much. You could tell it was pretty fresh though. My friend really liked his fish & chips, which were cooked well. The batter was light and thin.

Being on west coast time, I didn't get hungry until the middle of the day, so I was able to check lobster roll off my list when I visited Twin Seafood. The cold lobster roll was delicious and fresh. Sweet lobster with a little lemon squeezed on, in between a butter brioche roll was a great combo, and the fries were crispy and the coleslaw was sweet, refreshing and delicious. This place is worth eating at if you are out this way, for sure. Service was friendly at this cafe style restaurant, you walk in order and pay and you have to grab your own silverware and napkins. Nice place to enjoy good weather and a good meal.

Great food, large portions and reasonable prices! Great market area as well with fantastic fresh seafood to take home! Also, they do fried calamari right, Rhode Island style with battered and fried banana peppers with the calamari, FANTASTIC! I can't wait to go back, I've driven by it everyday for the past 20+ years and never been in. It's such a gem, I'm glad I finally stopped in!!!!!! (Had to edit, thought I'd given 5 stars!

I was in town for a work trip and my coworker found this place close by. He was craving fried seafood and asked me to go. I'm so grateful I did. We went on a Tuesday about an hour before close and Sarah and Rodica took amazing care of us. The food was delicious, the portions were large, and the service was out of this world. Rodica I'll never forget what you told me about Ester. Sending you both all the love! If you're in the area and craving fried seafood or fresh oysters (yummy) or chowder please stop by and support this amazing business.

This is a special find--a beautiful pearl among seafood restaurants. The clam chowder that I started with was delicious. My main course was a lobster roll. It had the largest, most generous portion of delicate lobster that I have ever had on a tasty roll. A large portion of fries, and coleslaw accompanied the fare. A friend ordered a fish sandwich and another friend, fried shrimp. They offered a taste and I was pleased to find both were fresh and delicious. Finally, the folks who work there are friendly and helpful. This is a place worth driving a distance to visit.

Love it in the summer- good food, music and a nice place to meet friends. Sadly cannot accommodate seriously gluten free customers.

The seafood is fresh and the portions are a good size, but every time I go in there it seems to be run by a group of high schoolers... Over the phone orders have been incorrect, the tables are almost always dirty, and I watched the kid at the register bring a piece of fish back to the cook without so much as a glove on his hand... The prices are not cheap either, two seafood dinners (a piece of fish with one side) will run you $50 easy. I get the sense the owner of this location doesn't stop by often to check on how their staff is doing. When I visited recently a half an hour before closing time, the staff seemed irritated that they had to take another order and fire up the grill again...mind you I walked in at 6:30 not 6:50 when they close at 7. My flounder sandwich was large and fresh, but tasted like nothing as if no salt or seasoning was used in the fry batter. My wife said the same about her grilled halibut, fresh but lacking in flavor. All in all it works if you are in a pinch and want some fresh fish, but I would not go out of my way to eat here.

The quality of the ingredients here is truly incredible - everything was so fresh and perfectly seasoned - we will definitely be back. We ordered: Grilled Salmon ($17) - This came with two sides and I chose the butternut squash and vegetable which ended up being broccoli. First, I am not a huge fan of squash but this squash was to die for. It was mashed up and so buttery and well seasoned. Wow. I'd come back just for the squash if I'm being honest. It was perfectly sweet and rich - a really great side to any dish. The broccoli was a steamed head of broccoli that was fine and added some nice green to our dinner, but that squash was special. And if we're talking about special, the salmon was grilled perfectly, seasoned perfectly, and came with this delicious creamy dill sauce and a slice of lemon that brought everything together wonderfully. It was perfectly cooked and juicy with great flavor - I will definitely be ordering this again. Seafood Casserole ($21) - We got this with mashed potatoes and cole slaw and the potatoes were also really tasty and well seasoned. The cole slaw didn't have too much mayo which was nice, but it wasn't too special other than that. The casserole itself had some HUGE scallops, shrimp, and haddock that was all very nicely breaded and buttery. The scallops were literally the best scallops I've had in over five years. They were massive, sweet, and perfectly cooked so they were tender and juicy inside. The shrimp was also above-average - nice and plump with a good sweetness as well, and the fish was decent, but not the star of the show. Steamed Mussels ($17) - This was served over linguini with a garlic, white wine, and tomato sauce. There were a good amount of fresh mussels in this, and the sauce had a nice balance of sour, sweet, and savory. This wasn't my favorite, but it was still very solid. Both this and the other pasta dish also came with two pieces of garlic bread which was served as a roll cut like a hasselback potato with butter, garlic, and herbs stuffed in each mini-slice. It was buttery and salty and even crispy - really delicious! Seafood Fra Diavolo ($23) - Similar to the seafood casserole, this had AMAZING scallops and shrimp in it. It also surprisingly had small chunks of lobster, and the fish was yummy as well. The sauce was sweet and tomato-ey, and we kept coming back to this linguine dish over and over - it was so fresh and balanced! Overall, EVERYTHING WAS SO FRESH. All of the seafood was sweet, fresh, and just really clean tasting. We will absolutely be coming back here again and again, and the price was also really reasonable. On top of that, they have a little shop where you can buy fresh raw seafood as well as prepared seafood soups, baked dishes, salads, desserts, and other treats and goodies. This is such a wonderful find we're so happy to have discovered it!
