(A dog had apparently gotten into the wiring and chewed it up). I called around to a few different businesses, but their availability was pushed pretty far out. Then I called Emerald Valley Backflow and spoke with Aaron. He seemed nice on the phone, and was able to schedule me for the same week. I called on a Tuesday and he scheduled me for Thursday morning at 10am. WELL- at 9:22am on Thursday he texted me and said he couldn't make it and needed to reschedule for Monday. We rescheduled for Monday at 4pm. At 2:43pm on Monday, he texted AGAIN saying he couldn't make it due to a "de" appointment. (Maybe he meant dentist?) I told him that I really needed this job done, and asked if he could come by any time that evening after his appointment (since it's practically summer and stays light out pretty late). He declined, and stated his availability for the coming week (which, did not work with my schedule at all). Making an appointment with a client TWICE and ditching out LAST minute BOTH TIMES is so unprofessional! If you need a job done, DO NOT call Emerald Valley Backflow.

After showing him the work, I had an estimate sent in about 30min. I won't post the price but the price that was quoted was amazing. I have had trees removed in San Diego and those prices were double and almost triple the price compared to Collin's Tree Service. The removal went smoothly and all of the debris was cleaned up.
