Great food and service. Comfortable setting with... umm...inspireing veiws delivered in pairs

This restaurant will let in and serve kids aged 12-15 years old without an adult present in the restaurant. Horrible.

First time here and service was great! Brought drink refill before jr was needed. Had the sweet chili ribs, so good. We also had the steak salad and the popper flatbread. Went day after and service wasn't as good. Server didn't come back to see how things were for a while. Son ran out of pop. She only had two tables the whole night and tons of servers standing around as they were very overstaffed. The food was great though. read more

15 mins waiting at the table before our server showed up, apparently the manager thinks it's a good idea to talk to their servers while customers are waiting for service. She finally came to take drink orders and another 15 minutes passed. Basically watched 4 innings of baseball with no beer or food. Probably will return because the beer is so cold read more

Service was somewhat slow. Staff doesn't know how to make many drinks. Food was decent. Ambiance was nice. Staff person Brianna was very nice and attentive may go back. I wish they had one in Chicago read more

The fish and chips provided pieces the size of small chicken fingers. the sirloin steak order raw was so red and chewy it couldnt be eaten. the service timing was great. drinks were great. We will consider going again but won't order the steak or fish and chips again. read more

Big fan of TP; The location, the service, the food, the COLD beer and the atmosphere is just all done very well. I truly can say the servers and bartenders there are very personable and enjoy their place of work, as it is seen through their attitude and service. Living in the area and decided to try Twin Peaks, I was so disappointed by the absolutely horrible service. It was unbelievable how long it took to order, and then once I did I tried the breaded wings they were undercooked no sauce on them they were supposed to be breaded they were absolutely unacceptable, the jalapeno chips were dry the food was absolutely no better than a banquet Frozen TV dinner! I was talking to someone else near the bar and they said they were there just to have drinks they also grade the food was horrible and it is gone way downhill. If the general manager or regional manager reads this message you need to know you have a big problem with the quality of food and absolute confusion as far as getting in order right, and the inexcusable service and attentiveness, you take that with the food that is not prepared properly or tasty and there is no question your restaurant is on its way out! I now see why they get such a low review on Yelp, because it's based on facts and real people leaving truthful statements! I cannot recommend Twin Peaks, and I would never go back there it was one of the worst meals and service, Beyond imagination. read more

Worst experience in a very long time. Service was terrible, from incorrect orders to food coming out at different times. Mandatory tip added to a bill when a tip was not deserved. I've never not given a tip but the all around service was that bad I considered it. One person in our group had to send their food back three times and the server could only giggle. Really! Burger was very bland and order was messed up asked for pickles and tomatoes got everything

Sat at the bar there were 3 bartenders one was working the bar the other 2 were chatting or looking at their phones so the overall service was subpar. Very disappointing not sure I'll go back which is to bad since I do like Twin Peaks beer. read more

Not real busy & took 10 minutes to try to get a beer at the bar. Then she served 2 guys who sat down right next to me & continued to ignore me. So went to the hostess stand and I asked for a table & all 3 girls up front were confused, isn't that your job as hostess? No menus so you have to scroll on your phone for another 20 minutes just to read the menu. Waitress was no help at all, had no clue on the beers they served & asked if I needed silverware & a napkin after bringing my food, seriously? We're not all cavemen. Never came back to check if I needed a refill or anything. Poor guy at the table next to me was the same thing for him. The lettuce on my entree was brown, looked & tasted a couple days old. Food was below average & service was way worse. I can get treated like this from my wife at home, no need to pay extra for it. Nearly an hour for 1 beer & an appetizer for $25. Had lunch yesterday at the new Twin Peaks in Algonquin. I am a woman of a certain age and I went with my adult niece. The restaurant was 80% men but women were certainly welcomed. The drinks were a bargain. $6 margarita's were great. Also had the Green Chili soup and Thai barbeque ribs. Both were excellent. I will go back again for a dinner but to stop for a drink and an app it was perfect. Had Izzy as a server and she was great. Very attentive. read more

One word HORRIBLE!!!! Terrible bartender she asked if we wanted another round before she poured our first beer. Second tall beer had more head than beer. Wings were terrible Cajun dry rub zero flavor. Boobs might get people in the door, but good food and service creates regulars. I won't go back!! Don't waste your time.. read more

This was my first time visiting a Twin Peaks. Heard all kinds of great things about them along with their ice crystal beers. First impression... A lot of cellulite and very dark. Staff is not trained at all. When you order food in most places they immediately bring out settings (aka napkins and silverware). Not here. This is something you have to ask for. Beer was good. Food decent. Service lacking a bit. I honestly would expect this in the South Loop but not here. Definitely wouldn't come for the scenery. To start, the food service was terrible. The waitresses at the front seemed to be under the influence, waited over 45 minutes for a table, just for them to confuse my name. Then was seated in the "overflow" area in the back, away from everything. This place is a cool concept but its poorly executed. read more
