We had to speak up and ask where our food was and magically it came out less than 10 minutes later--Claimed it was bc they were busy but nearly everyone in the restaurant had their food already and not every table was even occupied. Apparently we ordered the SMASH burger, hold the Smash. They were super thick, definitely NOT a smash burger. I didn't tell them well done because, well, a smash burger is always well done because it is THIN. It was so undercooked I couldn't even eat it. My son's was worse than mine but he ate it anyway since he had a game to get to. Server didn't bother to offer any compensation for any of it. So I waited an hour and a half for food that was inedible.

For an appetizer had an order of their homemade chips topped with cheese, bacon and chives...outstanding. Bad: Food was not good, I got a pulled pork sandwich my husband got brisket sandwich, both very bland and tasteless. If we return for music we would eat elsewhere before going. We saw servers and food runners all night consistently with orders looking for tables asking customers if it was their order. I don't understand the confusion, there are numbers on the tables. Searching for tables seemed to consume alot of staff time. The drink orders took a very long time to get, no fault to the servers. They work very hard actually running back and forth all night. Very understaffed with servers and bartenders.
