We looked at privately owned as well as with dealerships. The private sellers were so shady, and the dealers wanted to charge us $1500 percent extra for paying cash, and then charge for this and that. By the time we were done with the other dealers, we would be up $5000 to $8000 extra from the price. No thanks. We worked with Rabee, what a gem. He was honest from the moment we met him, they didn't charge us for paying cash, they put new brakes on every car they sell and help you tremendously with what you are looking for. Besides tax, we paid what the price of the car was with NO HIDDEN FEES!!!! We told him what we wanted for our family and he was a tremendous help. We were honestly torn between two cars, but went with Shine Auto Toronto because we knew what we were getting. We would rather work with Rabee than anyone else. I've already recommended him to a bunch of people. Please choose Shine Auto, you will not be disappointed.

Walking in armed with a CarCostCanada report, I was able to sit with the sales rep and have a signed deal that worked for both of us in about an hour. Also this is the only dealer that I've brought my car to for service. Dean from the service department represents the brand well, and his quite passionate about the work that he and his group do. Downsides: The street around the dealership is littered with parked inventory and staff vehicles, making Canam effectively a 1 lane road, which makes pulling out of the dealership a little tricky.

It is the single most crucial thing to get a car running to a good old age. Around the 200,000 km mark, on ANY car the timing chain is becoming something to be aware of, it was not a unique problem to your car. Imad probably just made you aware of it, just in case you didn't know, so he was probably trying to do you a favour by mentioning it. Since 2004 I have bought, leased and serviced a TSX, 3 MDX's and 1 ZDX. Love the cars, love the service, and while I used to think the costs were high I have come to realize that you get total value for your money at Acura Oakville. Carmen has built a team from top to bottom that cares and really works hard to ensure you have a great experience with them. I used to go to other dealers when I had my first Acura TSX in 2004 (the Oakville dealership didn't exist then) and the level of customer service and ultimately customer satisfaction was very good but just not at the exceptional level established in Oakville. There is a reason this dealership wins awards every year within the Acura group.
