The front desk team was extremely kind and knowledgeable. They were patient with me while I asked questions and recommended Dr. Bass based on my needs. When I went in for my consultation, Dr. Bass listened to all my concerns and answered any questions I had. He also provided me a treatment plan that worked best for my wallet. When I started the treatment plan, he allowed me to schedule when it was best for me, explained step by step expectations, allowed me to choose something to watch on the TV. He also provided me a neck pillow as I suffered from a car accident. He would take breaks as I needed and allowed me to hold onto a tool (suction tool) to allow my to use it when I needed and this helped me feel I was in control. The treatment was quick, painless, and my teeth look beautiful. This place is absolutely amazing. Everyone on staff is talented and kind. Dr. Bass put my mind and anxiety at ease.
