Premium site 1, extra cost, but worth the price, close to everything.

We have stayed at many KOA campgrounds and by far, this was our best experience. From check in to departure, our hosts, Phillip and Liz Mazur and the desk staff member, Nicole LaPlaca were awesome in every way. I witness their interaction with many guests, some all at once, sometimes just 1-2, but always they were friendly, assisting, smiling, guiding, informing those arriving, those already guests from another day and those walking in with questions. Their smiles were genuine. We were extremely satisfied with our stay. The facilities were clean and welcoming. The store supplies were very well stocked with practical and useful items. Kudos to the Hosts and staff. We would stay here again. It is located nicely just 4 miles North of Twin Falls which has a lot to offer visitors.

Pro-good location of freeway, front desk host was nice Cons-absolutely misleading photos. This place looks like it was surrounded by a dump. Cigarette butts on the ground. Dog poo, too. Bird poo all over the picnic table. A disgusting clump of hair on the shower curtain. "One way parking" so picnic table and dirty poo table was on the wrong side of the van. Would never stay again especially for $56.00 and no water.

As dog owners this has an outstanding dog park, living in NM our dogs seldom see grass. Solar Sensor lights are great for those early morning trips to give the dogs relief. They have an easy check in, even allowing us to come in a little early. Our pull through was nicely shaded & roomy. After set up we were able to drive quickly to Jerome for some great Mexican food. Staff were very friendly, wore mask for our protection, even escorted us to the site offering help if needed. Park was easy access from interstate & far enough away to not be affected by noise. The store had an good assortment of items a RVer may need on the road. Loved the double hook up sewers. Showers/bathrooms were clean & well maintained Over all Park was very clean. We highly recommend this park

We have stopped here several times on our way to and from California on our way to summer destinations, and we will continue to do so for our overnight stays en route. This small KOA has extremely clean bathrooms, friendly and helpful staff, is located very conveniently to the highway, yet, it is far enough off the main road that it not too loud while in our travel trailer, but I'll be honest, it's not quiet. The park has a lot of trees, and while some sites are tight, if you get an end site, you have some extra space. The pool looks nice, although, we have never used it. There is a mix of camping cabins, tent site and RV sites. In addition to finding this a reliable place to stop overnight, we also like that Twin Falls is super close, so you can get to Target, Costco, Fred Meyer, Best Buy, Bed Bath & Beyond, etc to get any items that you might need to restock your RV. We even arrived early enough one time to kayak the snake river in the late afternoon, which was an amazing experience. I definitely recommend this location if it suits your travel needs.

3 out of 3 dogs agree... this KOA is paws up a great stay!

Cute,Clean, Quiet and Friendly! Little bit of everything here. Wide variety in types of accommodations to suit your needs. Small cabins, big cabins, tent sites, and various hookup sites depending on what you want to spend. Great for families, adult couples, and traveling tradesperson. Two dog parks, two + play areas, a pool, and plenty of area to walk around. A little creek runs behind it, and if you like cows they're just on the other side of the creek. Store is well stocked, and owners are friendly. Even give you dog treats when you arrive for your furry friends. The clientele seem just as friendly as the staff. More Smiles than not as you walk around, no screaming unattended kids, no overly obnoxious barking dogs or loud party-ers. (So refreshing!) Disclaimer: it's cow country folks, so there's always a possibility of a whiff here or there of fresh cow manure. But i barely noticed it, not overpowering at all. And plenty of fresh pine trees and breeze as well. Would 100% recommend to any traveler, except those that might ruin the great vibe of this place

When you are approaching this KOA, it might be confusing at first since there is a secondary road off the highway that runs parallel. It appears that the driveway to the property next to the koa is just that but actually, it is the entrance to the parallel road. If it was clearly marked with a sign pointing toward the koa, it would have been helpful. Upon arrival we were warmly greeted by the nice people who run the place. Check in was easy and we were personally directed to our site by a man in a golf cart for a super easy start. Then walked around and we tried the multiple dog parks, which our pup loved! The property had many things to do and nice sites. The only other thing we did during our one night stay is shop in the gift shop. They have a nice supply of speciality and gift items in addition to the regular stuff like food and supplies. We also enjoyed the fresh hand dipped ice cream. As a note, this KOA charges extra for kids. Each one was $5. I also noticed many additional options to spend whether it be room service, the ice cream social, or a pancake breakfast. Having just come from another koa in Salt Lake City, I was expecting things like kids and pancakes for free since that's how they did it in Salt Lake. Oh, well!!!!

We only stayed for one night in a tent site while visiting Shoshone falls. The campground was easy to find and about a 15 minute drive from the falls. Our tent site was nice, we didn't have any direct neighbors and it included a fire pit and picnic table. All the bathrooms/showers are combined and upfront near the office/store. Bathrooms were nice, however, a little challenging in the morning when there is a line of people waiting to use them, yet they are taking showers - so the wait is extra long. Overall we had a good stay here but I think this would be a 1 night passing through campground has opposed to a long stay.

With parking for only two vehicles located at GPS coordinates 42.664699, -114.674502, you'll almost feel like your lost as you pass the fish hatchery on a road named S 1950 E and enter a very narrow span of the roadway. But within seconds as you cross the short bridge and catch a glimpse of this stunning natural spring to your left, you'll know you're in the right place. After parking, walk on a short path toward the sound of rushing water and you'll be rewarded with a freshwater spring gushing forth from the earth out of a dozen different openings along a steep cliff in the Snake River Valley. It's the Niagara Falls of natural springs and certainly earns its name. But I wouldn't recommend a continued drive east on S 1950 E which only leads to a booth at the state park entrance where you'll pay a fee (US$7 for cars) for a very tiny greenspace and an uninspiring view of the Snake River. It isn't worth the price. Thankfully the springs are completely free and located just before the booth.

I checked the map and decided that Niagara Springs was the most convenient. The park is on a dirt road and down a pretty deep canyon. I had no trouble getting there in my sprinter van so unless you're in a big Class A, you should be fine. The spring itself is pretty darned cool. A huge force of water pushing it's way out of the rocks and then down to meet with the Snake River. The park has a circular loop of parking spaces and camping spots. It's so very peaceful that I decided to park for a bit and took a nap. Note that this is well below the surface level and you probably won't have any cell service here. I don't even know where to begin in explaining how awful our experience was. We paid $80 a night per cabin, plus a $25 refundable remote fee. When we called to book the cabins the person we talked to said it was private and that the spaces were apart so that we would have privacy but we were surrounded by RV spots. The pictures online are very misleading! On the site map it shows the cabins next to a stream with the doors facing the stream but that is not the case. The doors and the porch face the longterm RV spots which was not a nice view or private at all. The cabins were so HOT inside it was like sleeping in a sauna. Even tho there are 2 fans and windows you can open, it was so miserable, even at night! At 9pm I went to wash my hands in the sink inside the cabin and the sink started backing up. I found a plunger in the bathroom and when I tried using it in the sink a bunch of old stagnant, stinky, slimy and moldy water came up and you could tell it has been plugged up for a while. I had to call the after hours number and spoke to some lady who told me she would send the maintenance man over. About 20 min later he shows up stumbing all over the place, slurring his words and stinking like alcohol. He had the nerve to ask us "what we put down the sink" I told him we did not put anything down the sink and that obviously the sink had been plugged for a while. He then told me that he "has never had that happen in 7 years". I told him theres a first time for everything and that I was offended that he accused us of doing it. NO apology was given! After he fixed it he stumbled back out to his car and left. The cabins were dirty and full of cobwebs. Our fan quit working in the middle of the night, and in order to shut the light off without turning the ceiling fan off, we had to use the rickety chair to stand on in order to reach the chain to turn off the light. I called the next morning and talked to the "so called" manager and told her what happened....she didnt care. And again...no apology! She brought us another fan and said that the maintenenance man "her husband" was not drunk, he had just woke up....whatever lady, I know a drunk when I see one! For little more money we could have stayed at the KOA with AC, privacy and good customer service. To "Jason" the owner, your business has gone to downhill and you should either get rid of the clowns you have running it, or teach them some manners and how to treat their customers with respect. You should care more about how your customers are treated so they will actually have a good experience and come back. Do better!!!

We booked a whole week here this year just so we can enjoy the Hot Springs, full hook up camping, and tent camping. We called in May to make reservations, and the lady was quite friendly. That's right water, electric (30 amp) and sewage. The price has gone up to $35 a night. $10 a night for extra car as well as $20 for a dry camp spot. The Hot Springs/swimming pool is quite large has a slide, high dive, low dive and two Spas of varying heat. I think the hottest one was 106°F or 107°F. The average hours of this place is 10 AM to 10 PM though on certain days they don't open till noon. At the reception, they have a snack bar, pool table, a few video games, even a jukebox that plays through the whole swimming area. It is a bit rundown, but it is held me the way you like it. It offers restrooms, showers, laundry, dog parks and is about 15 minutes from the city of Twin Falls. Our site was not level (off about 4 inches) and many other sites were not level either. Most motor homes had the front tires off the ground. Unfortunately, they are very expensive for what you get, which includes sites that are only 50 feet or less in length (forcing you to park your truck sideways if you have a trailer over 35 feet or motor home), even though they say they are deluxe sites and big rig friendly. Many times there were Class As and Class Cs that were parked in the rv park roads by several feet due to the sites not being long enough. When driving through the park you have to be very careful due to so many big rigs extending past the short sites and into the interior roads. On some of the sites, the grassy area with the hookups is higher than the rest of the site, making it difficult to hook up the sewer so that it drains properly. There is a man made concrete pond that is completely dry and full of debris, as if it hasn't been used in years. The whole time we were there, 2 of the dryers in the laundry room were broken, and the remaining dryers required 2 cycles (double the cost) to actually dry the clothes. There is a bench in one dog park that has a broken back, which was not fixed in the time we were there. For what it costs to stay there ($1,281 for a little over a month after good sam discount), you would think they could afford to fix things, which makes us think they just don't care. The rv park wifi was completely unusable, because it dropped every minute or two. The park was very noisy, being right next to the highway. Water quality is very hard which stained our shower floor and walls. No late checkout was permitted even though they were not busy when we checked out. We will not stay here again.
