History
Established in 1962.
Our business began 3 generations ago. In 1962 the business began with the purchase of the Blake farm. Clarence & Mattie Lewis and Edward and Hattie Labossiere had a dream of starting a vacation designation. In 1976 Charles and Richard Labossiere purchased the business from their parents. From the fields to the woods, Twin Ells has evolved friend a field with sites for a few tents & pop ups to what it is today. Charles' dream and vision has brought us to the 21st century. The camp sets on 40 acres of trees, rolling hills, and 2 1/2 miles of well packed, dust free gravel roads that are well lit at night for the perfect evening stroll. We offer park wide WI-Fi, 50 amp electrical services, laundry facility, swimming pool, and recreation hall. Our natural water sources are artesian springs and wells.
Meet the Business Owner: Charles L.
Charles is now the sole proprietor. He had a vision to take his parent's dream to its full potential. With his electrical and plumbing backgrounds, he brought a 1 acre plan of 10 sites to more than 40 acres and 226 sites. Charles enjoys seeing his vision come to life - working along side his wife Cathy, daughter Jackie, and son in law Paul to operate one of the North Country's premier campgrounds.
