As far as a rating for technicality, elevation, speed and overall pucker factor, I can't apply any kind of rating for the aforementioned because they don't exist for this trail. This is a very pedestrian trail at best, with very little to offer in terms of a cardio workout. If your are looking for a place to take a nice little cruise through a Disney type trail, this trail is for you. If you are looking for a challenging epic ride, look elsewhere, it doesn't exist at the Shiloh bike trail. I'm not saying I didn't enjoy it, it just wasn't what I was expecting.
