Try to ride this trail every time I visit Laredo. Twisty, challenging and fun. Plenty of other riders should you need help or break down. It's pretty well maintained but check at Twin City Bike shop near the parking lot if it has rained recently. read more

The coolness factor for this trail was up there with the twists and turns, the well marked hard packed trails and the enchanting, enveloping canopy. As far as a rating for technicality, elevation, speed and overall pucker factor, I can't apply any kind of rating for the aforementioned because they don't exist for this trail. This is a very pedestrian trail at best, with very little to offer in terms of a cardio workout. If your are looking for a place to take a nice little cruise through a Disney type trail, this trail is for you. If you are looking for a challenging epic ride, look elsewhere, it doesn't exist at the Shiloh bike trail. I'm not saying I didn't enjoy it, it just wasn't what I was expecting. read more

Love it!!!! I've gone twice already. As a beginner I found it very challenging but very fun. I would not suggest that you go alone. If you do the whole trail it's almost 6 miles according to my Fitbit. Be careful in the forbidden trail, that's where 2 of us wiped out!!! LOL great trail!! read more
