So I'm gonna start off by saying I had my braces done by them years ago (While I was a minor) just got them removed and the teeth are great and all but their staff really needs to be checked. The doctor is rude dr. ferehsti however you spell it. The blonde lady in the front that does calls and check Ins, I would not recommend. They will schedule you and then when you come in for the appointment, they will act like they know nothing about your appointment and waste your time and not even bother to email or call you about the change. That lady needs to be fired for not being on top of their stuff. its been way more than 5 times that this happened and when i got my 3-D impressions for my retainers they told me it would be done within 5 to 7 days, but never called me. 12 days and I had to bother the lady And ask if my retainers are done. it's common sense that if retainers are in, Call patient so they know to come in asap. Very unprofessional and they even waste your time (they would schedule an appointment and then they would change it not letting anybody know until you come to your appointment and waste gas and your time coming out of work.) not even a sorry or nothing. Don't take your kids here and don't come here for your teeth. I'd pay someone else read more

My daughter had a cavity filled here about a year ago. She'd been having pain in the area off and on ever since, but due to going to graduate school in a different state she had just been dealing with it conservatively with Ibuprofen. Back home now, she went to a different dentist who was surprised by how badly the filling was done. In fact, her cavity is now worse than it was originally because of the filling. She may need a root canal now. The dentist she saw at TCD was very nice, but apparently not too good at fillings. Please stay away from this business, We don't want anyone else to go through this. read more

Well a year has past since I was told I wouldn't be serviced there any more I complain about a hygienist that I believe broke a tooth during cleaning with some very aggressive cleaning I paid for a crown and a filling to repair. When I complain I was shown the door Every 6 months we would get cleaned and we're looking at another 1500 work need Now I've been to 2 appointment cleaning with nothing extra needed Caution is needed with this vendor read more

i've been going to Dr. F for years for orthodontic care. He placed a permanent retainer after I was done with my braces. He told me that if it came loose he would replace it. When it came loose, he changed his mind. Wanted to charge me for it. when I told him I could not afford it he said I don't need it anyway. Then why did he place it in the first place? I had a pleasant experience (as much as I can have going to the dentist at least!) I was experiencing some pain and they were able to schedule me in right away where I got a crown done in just a couple hours!! I have dental anxiety, but the assistant was very helpful in keeping me calm and the doctor worked quickly and efficiently! Everyone I met there was kind, and professional. The pricing is very reasonable which was my first draw to this office, and I will definitely be going back for my routine cleanings. read more

I have 3 boys, and we have always had a great experience here, we all go in at the same Time, and we are all done within 90 minutes which is awesome for r appointments, my kids love the "free tooth brushes and stickers" and I love the care we receive. read more

I have been taking my elderly mother here for some years and she has regularly received excellent care. Dr. Esmaili and the dental hygienists have always given us thorough information on what is or is not needed, making sure we understand fully, allowing us room to make the decisions we feel are best for Mom. When Dr. Esmaili had concerns about his ability to take care of a certain issue, he did not put her at risk but rather recommended us to use a specialist, giving us a full explanation of his concerns, and a few specialist recommendations, all of who had excellent ratings. I am very grateful for this. The staff handles the insurance issues very well and we have never had any stress along those lines. The costs have always been up front and all our options have been presented, with the different results of each option being explained. I am also grateful for the appointment reminder calls we receive. It has saved us more then a few times as we live our somewhat hectic family schedule. We are always greeted with a smile. Dr. Esmaili, the hygienists, and staff have always been very pleasant, kind, and caring, even to the point of remembering my mom prefers to have a pillow. It's all ready and waiting for her. We are very pleased with Twin Cities Dental, and I recommend them to others often. read more

I went in for a cleaning and x-rays using a Groupon. Big mistake! They ruined one of my crowns. I didn't have any problems with it before having my teeth cleaned there when I called and told them that I had been having problems since the cleaning, they told me to come back in because they probably shifted something. They started prying and drilling on my tooth without even asking me if I was okay with them doing work on it and then told me I owed them $105 for it. Now my crown is completely ruined and needs to be replaced. Run don't walk as far away from this place as possible! read more

Had and amazing experience. Have horrible anxiety about dental produces, and needed an extraction. Dr. Esmaili did an amazing job, didn't hear or feel a thing. Decided on a implant, which was placed the same day. So happy I went through with it, and would highly recommend him and the entire clinic especially for those who were terrified like myself! read more

I love this dental clinic, which is saying a LOT because I truly do not like seeing the dentist or technician. Here is a clinic that takes their time - the time I need as a patient - to accomplish what needs to be done, whether it be just a routine cleaning or actual work. They are incredibly friendly and professional, and take away the fear I have about seeing the dentist. I have recommended them to friends, in my neighborhood group, and coworkers. They will lie and tell you that they are in network when they are not then offer you a discount on your portion of the bill. Do not let them touch you unless you have something in writing from them stating they will accept not one penny more than the contracted rate with your dental insurance company it could cost you! read more

I had 4 cavities filled. I went home and was in pain. My gums had started to swell, my teeth and whole mouth was in pain. I have been in pain for a week. I can't eat. My gums are receding! I hate this! It was the white dentist. He is the one who screwed up! Stay away from him! read more

I was seen by Dr Said who informed me he could do everything for me including dentures. I had some concerns that he stated no problem I can assure I can do it. I go in for extraction and he can't do it office staff didn't clean me up didn't prescribe any medication or even bother to help me find a oral surgerion to assist me. I raised all the questions and they refused to see me after I found a surgeon to help. Pretty disgusted by the situation. Don't use this company I would give them 0 out 10. read more

While I was still making monthly payments for my Invisalign treatment, Dr Fehresti and his staff took decent care of me. As soon as my account was paid off, he had no time for me. He MAY have spent an hour with me over the course of a two and a half year treatment plan. And when it was time to finally remove the attachments from my teeth, he was extremely impatient and was irritated when I repeatedly pointed out spots he had missed. I still have pieces of attachments left on my teeth, but I will find another dentist to remove those. And the retainer? Left in a zip lock bag with the receptionist. No instructions, no check to make sure it fit properly, nothing. Groupon had a great price on the Invisalign treatment with this guy, but unfortunately one really does get what one pays for. read more

I would give no stars if I could. Dr. Fehresti damaged my teeth while removing Invisalign attachments. He completely rushed the procedure and didn't even polish my teeth afterwards. He seemed annoyed that I was even there (he asked me why I couldn't come back the next day - after I spent so much time and money to get to a second location after his staff messed up and scheduled me when he was working at different office) and left right after he was done removing the attachments - he didn't allow me to ask any questions. Instead, I had to ask the hygienist about the dull look of some of my teeth and and she said that it "would go away" - I shouldn't have believed her. I inspected my teeth further after I got home and realized that he had shaved off the enamel on some of the teeth that had the attachments. One of my teeth also chipped a few days after my visit. I had to see a completely different dentist to help fix the damage he caused - he had already shown that he didn't care about my experience (after all, he already got his money) and I wasn't about to put myself in his careless hands again. If you're looking for a cheap Invisalign treatment, go for it... but don't expect him to care about the outcome. read more
