Don't let the relative lack of Yelp reviews put you off - he knows what he's doing. We met Tim once in person, and once via FaceTime. Each time I left with the impression that he's a person that just *understands* music at a deep level - and that's what you want in a DJ. Someone who can read the room and play the *right* song. We ended up trusting Tim to just play what he thought was right - we gave him a list of songs we liked, but other than that let him pick the music. It turned out to be the right choice - our dance floor was packed for hours, until we turned the lights up and made people leave! Some other things are notable too - Tim was very helpful when picking out a "first dance" song; he was able to provide good music at the very last minute for walking in/out of the ceremony (because we forgot to pick something!). He kept sneaking us drinks whenever he saw we were out. He coordinated a surprise as well - my now-husband sang a song to me on the dance floor. He kept it a secret and worked it in at the right time, and it made the night just that much better. I can't recommend him enough. He made our event so much better than it ever would have been without him!
