This store was and is very poorly run, management of the Patio & Garden (Eric) is rude, our order…read more(which we spent a lot of money on all) was good, but the last part of the order has been late for several days, 5+. When we call or stop by, it is blamed on UPS, which Home DePot refers to as the Vendor. Eric could have cared less and wasn't interested in finding out why our order was late or when it was going to arrive. When I received the tracking #, I did in fact call UPS to find out why our order was delayed. My point is that Home DePot should have been finding out why our order was late, where it was at, when it was going to be delivered to Home DePot, and not the customers. I told Eric, a very rude and condescending man, I was going to make it known the poor experience we have endured all week with Home Depot (Patio & Garden), and he said since I was "threatening", he hung up on me. All I said was I was going to make it known the poor experience. Guess he can't handle when they're wrong and rude as well. This is the second bad experience with Home DePot. We will never, ever do business with them again. UPS was very helpful. Once Corporate opened, I did inform Ricardo of the Corporate Office of the treatment we've received, especially from Eric. We still have not received our completed order yet. Oh, and Home Depot should let customers know before purchasing they deliver to your property such as the driveway, but are not allowed inside or around the property, even if it is heavy such as our order and appliances. You are on your own. UPDATE: May 19, 2025: Since we were told we would be notified when our order came in and it was supposed to be today according to UPS, not Home DePot, of course, I called at 2:00 Central Time, and the clerk at the front desk said our order has been sitting in a corner at the Customer Service Desk for the last two hours, so around noon. She "found" a note that said to call, text, or email us to notify us our order was ready for pick up and none of these were done. Once again, I had to call. I'll be so glad this is the last time we ever step foot in this store again.

They did not show up when they said they would making it difficult for us to let our dogs out on our 20 acre property. The worse part of the story is that the retaining wall does not "retain" and when it rains, the wall shoots out water. We sent the Project Manager a video of this but he failed to respond. I would have given them 1 star but they did replace a tree they planted (because it was the wrong tree). Very disappointing service.

I was on a job site up in St Joe and my pull cord on my Stihl blower broke. I had called all around…read morelooking for the entire assembly and was striking out left and right. Finally I just googled Stihl dealer near me. Family Center Farm and Home popped up. At this point, what's one more turn down. They pick up, I ask to be transferred to the Stihl department. A fine gentleman named RJ answers the phone. I explain to him what's going on and that I have no luck restringing my pull start. After a minute of witty banter back and forth, he said if I can get there before he leaves for the day, he will take care of me. I shut the job down on time and hauled ass the 4 minutes away and carried it in to RJ and he did just that, he took care of me. Both him and Uncle Randy were very nice, cool, and I loved shooting the breeze while RJ took care of my blower for me. I cannot thank him enough, he saved my ass! If I am ever back up in St Joe and need something, Family Center Farm and Home is my first stop.
