His team did an incredible job removing a very difficult tree safely. They are definitely experts in their craft. Matt even went to talk to all our neighbors to explain the process and assured them nothing would damage their fence . We were also very impressed with how they cleaned up after the job! We would definitely recommend Matt with KB Landscape and Tree service to friends and family.

Matt worked diligently to get me on the schedule immediately. The products he uses are high quality and his pricing reflects the amazing work his business provides. After he learned we are a military family, Matt went above and beyond to make sure we were more than taken care of! Everyone I interacted with were so sweet and respectful, thank you again for all of your team's hard work and for supporting military members/families!! I hired them to clean out my flower bed (lay new tarp, mulch, prune plants, remove dead/dying plants). The crew even went a step further and cleared out my tree bed and laid new mulch, which I didn't even ask them to do! 20/10 service!!! I am so excited to continue using their services! I forgot to take a before photo so they had already started on a section but just know it was completely overgrown with weeds and dying plants.

So, I'm currently preparing to lease a property with a sprinkler system that has not been run in at…read moreleast 5 years. Now, I consider myself to be fairly handy guy and am pretty good at working on sprinkler systems when it comes to changing out the heads or replacing pvc pipe, but what I was dealing with in this case, was far beyond my expertise. And the fact that it was raining cats and dogs made for even more dire circumstances. So, given that the new tenants are scheduled to move in within a week, I had act fast. I called a few irrigation companies and emailed more on yelp and thumbtack. They all either said they couldn't come within the given timeframe, couldn't come until the rain stopped or charged astronomically high for the service call (EF Landscaping, $280). One in particular even said they would come and then flaked the day of. I can't even begin to express how irritating that is. If just about thrown in the towel when I received an unexpected call from Brandon, of Precision Total Management (PTM). I'd forgotten about having contacted PTM on Facebook. Brandon said he could be out the next afternoon, despite the fact that the forecast predicted more raining of cats and dogs, and at a service charge of only $125. Now, that obviously isn't the lowest rate, but trust me, it's reasonable compared to what some of the other companies are charging. And again, Brandon came when nobody else would. The next day, Brandon arrived and on time. He walked up and down the front and back yard, examining every nook and cranny, from the valves, to the sprinkler heads, to the piping, to even the backflow preventer, while explaining the process along the way. Once Brandon assessed the extent of the damage that occurred to the system, he got his crew on the job. Surprisingly, the job was done by the very next day, and believe or not, while it was still raining. Brandon actually modernized the system. I have to say I am more than impressed and highly recommend PTM for your irrigation maintenance/repair needs.

My only complaint was that the workers broke a couple of my pots. There was also a lot of debris in my gardens afterwards, and they did not intially use a leaf blower, so I requested that they come back by and do so. They did apologize for the broken pots, and I do get that some collateral damage is inevitable with trees as large as mine overhanging a garden. My suggestion would be to let both the owner and the crewhead know to take special care if you are an avid gardener, and to move anything breakable completely clear.
