They have a large selection and most plants look healthy. All the questions I asked of the workers were politely answered which is greatly appreciated when you're a senior citizen walking around on a blistering hot day. Morgan was helpful and nice. I didn't get the second girl's name but nice as well. Then when I didn't think my legs would hold up much longer and needed to sit in shade Emily came to the rescue. She went around gathering up the plants I didn't find and brought them to me. She even appeared with another girl helping to hold up a tree they hunted for me! It was the only size they had. I gave 4 stars because to me the prices seemed a little high. read more

I have been on the phone with several people at the nursery to pick up my trees purchased earlier. I enjoyed and appreciated the professionalism of Candace, but Kari wasn't the most friendliest at all and felt confrontational talking to her. She put me on hold while I was still talking to her. Luckily Candace came on the phone and resolved my frustration on how Kari was treating me. I will request to talk to Candace and bypass confrontational Kari next time. read more

We needed a tree for a very specific area in front of our house. Marcum's in Goldsby did not disappoint. Kenny drove us around and was very patient showing us different varieties. They had so many! We settled n a beautiful Japanese Maple. Great selection, great customer service. Thanks, Kenny! And, thanks Marcum's. read more

We have been searching for Red Scarlet Ferns which are also known as firecracker plants. No nursery we checked had any and most had no idea what we were talking about. Bailey at Marcum's in Goldsby stayed on the hunt and called us when they arrived. We went this week and purchased 5 of the 1 gal. size which is the only size they could get. Fantastic customer service and great follow up for the exact plant we were wanting. They kept in contact with updates about shipments which is really a plus. There are several plants called firecracker plants but the one we wanted was " russelia equisetiformis firecracker plant". read more

Did not honor warranty that the salesman told us we had. When we called about a sick tree we were told tough luck. They only guarantee trees that they plant for you. The salesman helped us load the trees and told us we had a one year guarantee. I understand now that it's not their policy but it is what their employee told us. We spent $1500 on trees and they wouldn't honor a replacement on a $200 tree. We were getting ready to buy more trees from them. We will be shopping elsewhere from now on. read more

Not happy with service, selection or prices. There are so many other places to shop - TLC, and my preferred, River Bottom Nursery. When I was there the owner was yelling at an employee like a child. I won't be coming back. read more

Always helpful while carrying a huge variety of plants and trees and accessories needed to grow things successfully.

Most of the plants I bought last year died within 2 months. Plants that were told would be able to handle shade/sun I found out later was wrong and some plants had disease read more

I was able to email my order for curbside pickup, I received a phone call within 3 hours to go over my wish list and any questions I had and one hour later it was pulled and ready for pick up. Bailey went above and beyond to assist me, she was very knowledgeable about the flowers I was inquiring about and helped keep within my specific color scheme. My husband said this is the way we will buy flowers every year because he was in and out within less than 4 minutes with their pickup option, they loaded everything. Thank you, Bailey and the team at Marcums-Goldsby, you just made my quarantined Spring so much brighter! read more

I received my Maple tree & crepe myrtles today. The crew was terrific, super nice, efficient & had everything they needed. They set them out for my approval and made sure the tree was where I wanted it. Had them planted & watered in very quickly. Drove all the way down there to "pick out" our landscaping for the house we were building. The guy we met with seemed rushed and wrote down what we wanted; however, nothing we picked out made it into the yard. Really disappointed we wasted our Saturday down there and will never use their services again. read more

This is one of the best places in the metro to buy some excellent plants. They have a huge variety and their prices are a lot more reasonably than TLC. My boyfriend is who knows all about gardening and what not, so I take his word for it that there isn't anywhere better than Marcum's. You won't be disappointed by their selection or service! read more

This nursery really is "as good as it gets!" I walked in and was immediately greeted by an abundance of friendly faces. I was born without a green thumb, but my worries subsided as they were able to answer all of my questions! The space was decorated beautifully and I never wanted to leave! The free popcorn was the cherry on top of the sundae of a wonderful experience. Thank you Marcum's Nursery and see you soon! read more
