It was supposed to be a rainbow one and I was so excited because that's exactly what my daughter wanted for Christmas. Well, I decided to check it before I wrapped it.... It's not even from the same collection and it's used. It's filthy and the paint is coming off of its face. I used to stop at this store almost daily. I will never shop there again. I understand they are suprise toys, but this was a total bait and switch. I know it's just a toy, but it was a special gift, I am sad and furious. While I understand this more than likely wouldn't have been an authentic one, I also know putting a used toy in a box and selling it as new is wrong and probably illegal. When confronted the business denied selling them ever, calling us liars. Other people saw them for sale as well. This says so much about this business. Lying about a child's toy is cruel and I hope to prevent someone else from falling for their scam. They have several items for sale in this store, I would be skeptical of all of it. This was straight up fraud and they refuse to even acknowledge it. It wasn't a lot of money and I paid with a card so I can file a claim, but it's the principle. Apparently this store has had several issues with fraud over the years and I never knew. There are a few nice gas stations a few miles away or less either way you are heading on 431.

Over the years it has become a stop for us to stretch our legs for the last stretch of the road or for us to fuel up before we hit 431 for the next few hours. In addition to standard pumps, they also feature tractor trailer pumps as well. And in addition to the pumps and all the normal stuff you find in gas stations, you will also find a Denny's here. We are usually passing through, so we have never eaten at the Denny's. Service is always decent here. Nothing spectacular, but nothing terrible. However, the condition and cleanliness of this location leaves something to be desired. I know it is a busy store given its location, but it needs some work. And even if a refresh isn't coming soon...they can at least have someone on staff to ensure the cleanliness is at least monitored and managed. Overall, in the last few years a few newer and better kept gas stations have popped up in the area and we have started shifting our travel habits to swing in those. However in a pinch or if we are interested in breakfast with a fill up, we would swing by Flying J.

I just moved here from S.Florida and needed UPS service since the UPS customer center here in Dothan has permanently closed. My business needs a UPS drop-off, and my UPS rep said I can drop off here. My rep also said anything under 130 lbs was accepted, and the UPS drivers are equipped with roll carts to pick up such heavy boxes. So I took my 90 lbs box, wrapped and properly labeled to this location. I also went in and asked, making sure they did accept UPS packages. Once inside the front cashier, which was a super attentive and sweet girl, indicated where to place this heavy box. This lady, assuming she was the manager, barrels down from her cubicle office space and says NO we don't take packages that size. I was confused as I juggled the box with my son. I asked why won't you accept the package? It's less than 100 lbs, clearly less than the allowed weight as per my UPS rep. To which she responded, "ANYTHING THAT DOESN'T FIT ON HER SHELF IS NOT ACCEPTABLE." Instead of contacting UPS herself, she just denied me the service. A more friendly way to handle this situation would've been to accept it, especially after seeing my son and I struggle to get it in, and then to let me know it will be the last time she can do it because CVS policy for UPS is different then what we were told from our UPS rep. It's not like CVS doesn't have room for it or like we are asking her or any of the CVS associates to carry the box to the truck! These UPS drivers are well equipped and capable of picking up up to 130 lbs!!!! I will be contacting my UPS rep and letting her know this CVS is making up their own rules and denied business from a customer that, in all honesty, asked if they would accept the package before carrying it in. Super disappointed in the manager of this location. The funny thing is, I took the same box to JUS Relax Business Lounge and they were a small hair shop. The lady not only accepted the package, she was helpful and scanned the box the minute I placed it down. When I mentioned my experience with CVS she also stated that unless the item is beyond the allowed weight or the label is unreadable, there shouldn't be any problems. I will definitely take my business here, the small hair shop, instead of CVS.
