This morning was the final straw. Their hours say they open at 5 AM, and here I am sitting in the parking lot at 6 AM writing this review... and they're still closed. To be honest, the coffee isn't even that great anyway, so I guess they're doing me a favor. What really made me laugh is the sign on the window asking customers to leave a 5-star Google review in exchange for a punch card credit. If you have to bribe people for good reviews, that might be a sign something isn't right. Maybe instead of asking for 5-star reviews, they should focus on something simpler--like showing up on time and being open during their posted hours. At this point, I'll just make coffee at home.

It wasn't about the mistake -- those happen -- it was the way it was handled. It may seem like a small issue, but when someone is preparing your food or drink, attitude matters. A negative response in that moment doesn't leave you feeling confident about the overall experience. Customer service goes a long way, especially for regular customers. Unfortunately, because of this experience, I won't be returning.

If you voluntarily go to this place instead of being force-fed this garbage by rampaging teenagers with sticks and rocks then that's YOUR fault. And you too can spend over $30 to not eat anything and go down the road to the nearest dumpster surrounded by port-a-toddies and upgrade to better food and drink. You've been warned.
