I went with the BBQ chicken, mashed potatoes, and blackeye peas. All of it made for a solid, homestyle, country cooking lunch. My lunch also included a massive piece of fried cornbread, apple cobbler, and sweet tea. Quite a meal with some tasty fixings that cost $9...a little more than fast food, but soooo much better in every aspect. Next time I work at the school in Wicksburg, I will be contemplating ways on how to make it up to Robert's Cafe.

This Love's Travel Plaz has the usual convenience store items inside and it also has an Arby's attached to it. If you want something a bit more than convenience store hot dogs, potato chips, or Arby's fast-food, there is a diner and an Italian restaurant not far from this Love's Travel Plaza. If you have the app on your phone, it gives you an additional ten cents off a gallon on gas. It really is a decent enough deal. I have to say that I am a fan of Love's Travel Plazas. They are usually better priced than the other gas stations and the service is friendly and professional.
