They'll try and cater to any needs and dietary demands (we've got a lactose person and a gluten person in our family, never a problem) and nothing is too much to ask! Book though, as it gets busy... Its a bit pricey but worth it - oh and one more thing, don't eat too many starters and mains as the sweet trolley is waiting and its just as good as the rest of the menu...

The staff where very friendly and helpful giving an over all relaxed enjoyable experience. Very reasonably priced. I can say with out a shadow of a doubt save me a table because I will be back as many times as I can

It might not be on par with Wizard but it does have magnificent views across the Dee Estuary. The ensuite bedrooms have been individually designed with emphasis on quality, comfort and good service. The real selling point of the place however is its convenient location. Located close to Hoylake and West Kirby, it is a perfect launch pad for exploring the Wirral, North Wales and the North West. All this and still you are just a 20 minute car ride into the centre of Liverpool and just 30 minutes from the Roman Walled City of Chester. Well worth a sleep or two!!

It's within easy walking distance of downtown Hoylake restaurants and close by two stations on the Merseyrail. I use this hotel when I'm on Merseyside for both golf at Royal Liverpool (approx one mile away) and for Liverpool FC football matches (one change by rail, approx 35 minutes by train). Easy to find, with parking in the forecourt. Five stars.

Was here on a work trip…read moreon an upper floor and past midnight there was music playing so loudly downstairs that I could hear it as if it was in my room. Called reception several times before someone picked up, and when I explained my issue the concierge laughed and said "yeah that's a party." Obviously it's a party. I asked if they felt it was acceptable for it to be blasting so loud that other guests were not able to sleep well past a reasonable hour and the response was more laughter and "yes." I have no problem with music and events, but how about some consideration for everyone else who paid to stay at the hotel? They said they would "try" to turn it down, but *spoiler alert* the volume never lowered and neither myself nor my colleagues got any sleep so we spent our time awake leaving our honest reviews.

Debited immediately and will not be refunded for seven days. if you planning a family holiday on a budget, avoid this place like the plague. I will NEVER stay here again.
