Nazareth House is quite large but the community itself remains around 60 which helps to improve residents environment by increasing one to one contact and ensuring better standard of service and comfort for residents. The gardens are large and very beautiful providing welcome outdoor space for the severely handicapped residents. However there is a minibus at the care home and transport links nearby. I volunteered here for several years while at school and witnessed great care of residents by very committed staff it is a very challenging vocation for anybody and the sisters and nurses do an excellent job.

I have always been against retirement homes as I believed that you should look after your family as…read moremuch as you can. But as I have got older, I have started to understand that some times there is no other option. So when I saw this place I was quite impressed with what they had to offer. The outside is lovely and really does invite you in. Also it is situated just behind Hyde Town Hall as well so is just minutes from the centre and therefore the shops. It is one of the most modern homes I have ever seen with 70 state of the art rooms with en suite bathrooms. Also there is flat screen TVs, Internet, mini fridge and DVD player in each room. How awesome is that. What I think is really special is that they are lovely gardens to walk about in. I think that your loved one deserves a special retreat where they are looked after to the highest standards. Have a look at their website.
