We were told the drapes would be available in a couple of weeks. It was 40 days before we received them. The quality of the workmanship was poor. The seams are not straight. They don't hang correctly on the rod. While installing them in order for them to work with the rod, the drapes were cut and then glued to the rod. There is now no way for the drapes to come off the rod. At this point, my mother just wanted to be done with the frustration and accepted the drapes. I believe that if we are to support local businesses, then the owners should care about customer satisfaction, especially for the amount of money they charged.

My first call went to voicemail, and he returned my call while I was leaving a voicemail message. On March 24, 2026, Zach and Craig came to our 1850 sf home to clean all the carpeting. They arrived on time and got right to work, bringing in their equipment carefully and putting corner guards in place throughout the house. One of the first things I noticed was the pleasant scent - it is very light and does not smell like chemicals. My usual preference is for no scent, but I found myself preferring this delicate scent. They were efficient and quick (but not too quick!), and the carpets looked very clean when they were through. The price is one of the most reasonable I have found in Reno and includes a military discount (thank you, Zach, for your patriotism!). Fresh Start is fairly new to our area, but not new to the business of cleaning flooring. We look forward to trying their tile cleaning service next. Two weeks later get an email asking again what we wanted done. Then the day he showed up, it was still up in the air to him. He moved no furniture, even medium stuff as he said in his original invoice. Not terrible work, but would recommend you look elsewhere.
