It's quite upmarket, and gets quite busy at times so you can ring to reserve a table, and many people do. Despite that, it's not particularly expensive - fairly average prices for a decent coffee shop. There isn't dedicated car parking, but the on-street parking outside is normally reasonably easy to find a space in, and it costs as little as 20p to park in the pay area if you can't get a space on the road opposite which shouldn't really break the bank.

However not what we expected given the hype of the restaurant and it's local reputation. Had the Quail Scotch Egg for starter. Was nice, but the portion could have been bigger and the egg wasn't that runny as you'd expect with a properly made and cooked Scotch Egg. For my main course I had the Beef Wellington. It was, once more nice, however not what I expected. Instead of a fillet steak as the filling, it seemed to be a pulled beef construction (or something similar). Not something I'd ever order again. The service wasn't that good. Long periods waiting for any of the waiting staff to appear. All in all, I wouldn't visit again.
