One of the projects that him and I were working on was mounting a flatscreen in the living room for him and his roommates. It didn't take long to figure out that the construction of the house interior/exterior walls was going to make it difficult, and we tried several different approaches, but because we were going through sheet rock, a thin strip of less than a 2 x 4 "stud", and then hitting masonry, we were just not making any progress. After trying several different approaches, we decided to try and find someone who specialized in mounting TVs in such a manner, and we were very, very happy to find Donald. He answered his phone right away, I explained what we had been trying, and the results that we had, and he said he would be there in an hour, which was a great surprise. He confirmed our suspicions about the construction and the challenges of that particular wall, and helped us to find a solution to securely mount the TV and the swivel bracket.
