Well were do I start!! Only thing nice was they did get us in pretty quick. Pretty sure they over charged me by alot, considering they charged me $100 dollers for a child's mani/pedi and short dipped nails! The lady thay done my nails was throwing my hands around and was really rough, I get my nails done not only to look nice but to relax! The lady that did my child's nails gave her the wrong color which my child told her bit obviously didn't understand! Think they got mad about me choosing just regular polish for her so decided to charge me for it anyway! Definitely will not return!! Over priced and my nails are ok but my child's looks like a 5 year old painted them! You have been warn about this place read more

The prices are posted on the board as you go in. $30 for a pedicure and a $5 up charge for a French pedicure. Tonight I had an average pedicure and was expecting to pay $35 plus a tip. When I checked out it was $58. My friend's was $78 because they used gel polish. When I questioned the cost, she said "dry skin." I never asked for any additional treatments nor was I asked if I would like to upgrade to some kind of deluxe pedicure. This is deceiving and I will not be back! read more

I waited 45 minutes with my feet soaking. I did the classic pedicure, which is 30 dollars, but they didn't mention when you do gel it tacks on an additional 20. Even the woman doing my nails was rough as hell on my nails and 8 out 10 fingers are completely raw and we're bleeding. I am absolutely disgusted. Had a pedicure and eyebrow wax. Overall, it was a pretty good experience. Eyebrows look good. Pedicure was pretty gentle and relaxing. I can't stand it when they're super rough on my toenails, but the woman I had tonight was great. Prices are about the same as similar places. $25 for the pedicure, and $8 for the brows. Friendly and quick without feeling rushed. Good experience, I'd go back for sure. read more

I went today to get my nails done I arrived around 10:45am. Their was a few people in front of me so I waited. While sitting about 6 more people came to get service. The nail tech finished up the clients that was in the chair before me. When it came around to my turn the nail tech told me that I had wait 45 more minutes at this time I have already been waiting about an hour and a half I came before the crew that came in behind me. The nail tech walked away from me and left me sitting and waiting again I became upset and left. I wouldn't be so upset about this matter but this has been happening the last 4 times that I went. I was given him the benefit of the doubt because of the pandemic and I was a loyal customer but to constantly being treated like this it's not acceptable for me and I will never go back This is not the way to keep a loyal and a consistent customer. I wish I could select 0 stars. While there the man working made increasingly suggestive comments to me in front of my mother. I had a gel nail done and while that was happening, my mother was getting a pedicure. He said, to my mother, "oh she's very pretty" while using a hand gesture to indicate curves. After my nails were poorly done, (edges are crap, she was rough and rushed through it) I sat next to my mom in an empty pedicure chair. There were a few other people around, and I was just waiting. A mother/daughter came in, and I offered to move if they were getting pedicures since there weren't any other chairs together and I wasn't really using it. The man says "oh you can sit here" and pats his lap. He then continues on asking my age, height, if I had a boyfriend, and other just borderline invasive questions. I mentioned possibly moving for work, and as I went to leave he commented about moving to the town I mentioned to follow me there. So yeah. 0/10 recommend, nails weren't good (mom's pedicure sucked, too), and I was harassed by the staff. read more

Abrupt and extremely abrasive staff! Major health concerns as tools were not clean when picked up to be used on me and my granddaughter. They failed to provide the services that were previously scheduled and requested. Manicure was preformed in less than 7 minutes. Not impressed and do not recommend going here. I just got a manicure but I'm pretty sure it was done at record speed. I had to wipe the lotion off my arms because it was not even rubbed in. There was only 2 people working and 9 customers at one time. The "wax lady" wasn't there and probably 10 ppl came in and asked for a wax. That's lost business. Employees were not friendly. The little girl in the walker was adorable but that was the only good thing about the experience. I will not be returning. read more

It started off as a nice day to take my daughter and her friend to get a manicure. I had two gift certificates, each dated from December 24, 2016 (issue date) to December 24, 2019 (expiration date). Since the gift certificates were getting ready to expire this month, I decided to use them up, both equaling $50. Why not? After the manicures, I waited to be checked out. I gave the man working, both certificates to cover both manicures. However, according to the man working there, they do not take gift certificates past one year of issue date. Apparently, they have changed owners in the last 3 years and although the two gift certificates issued to me as a gift from my husband matches with their current "void" certificate displayed on their Christmas tree, it did not matter to him that these were given as gifts and my husband paid $50 for both! There was NO sign in the spa stating this change and he would not honor the gift certificates. He threatened to call the police if I didn't pay. I would have challenged him to this if my daughter and her friend had not been with me. Given the fact that they have apparently changed owners, do not honor prior gift cards,( although same business name and the dates of expiration was for three years), is to me a huge disappointment for them as there is a lot of competition out there and standing behind your businesses prior commitments for your customers should be a priority. read more

I wish I could give a negative star. The lady cut three nails at an angle on right have and one at an angle on left. I had Square nails when I came in then then lady messed them up. then when I told her they were all angled she said " I have been doing nails twenty two years I don't mess up." She refuse to put on new nails. I told her I was not happy and that she ruined them. She would not fix and her husband said if I want nice nails I need to sit there. I got up to wash hands and said I don't want them the proceed an further and that I wanted to pay and leave. Lady starts yelling at me and said I know you. You lie I mess up nail so you don't pay. I said you can clearly see all nails at angle and You won't fix then she started yelling and taking in her language to the man she called her husband. I said if you are going to accuse me of trying to not pay then I will stay until you charge me. Then they said you not happy you no pay. I wasn't happy when I let girl know I didn't like how they were cut. I wasn't happy when she wants to tell me I know nothing and that she has done nails 22 years. I really wasn't happy when they accused me of trying to get a free nail job. I really wasn't happy when the two people there started yelling at me. I paid $20 the sign says fill in cost was $15 they wouldn't give me change so I put $20 on counter and left. I would strongly suggest you look at other options before going to this place. read more

Terrible customer service!, gel nail polish chipped withing 24 hours and owner blamed me for picking and would not correct the situation. They do a terrible job with French gel nail polish. I had to have the girl correct the polish as I sat there and it still chipped later that day. Don't waste your money! read more

The first couple times I liked this salon. But the last 3 time have been bad. My toe was nipped with the cuticle cutter, they added a tip to my credit card without my permission (i found out on my bank statement), and the silver tips I had on my nails for Christmas chipped off the next day. Sad its not working out. read more
