WORST SERVICE EVER!…read more We order drinks including a bottle of Prosecco, the girl with orange hair brought them but missing 3 glasses for the water and 1 of the wine glasses, I asked her and she didn't apologize nor smile-she seemed in a bad mood. We had to wait 30 minutes to order the food which arrived late we waited 1hour for the first 3 & 30 minutes extra for the last 3-they arrived in batches! The tall guy with long hair had an attitude and didn't even answer when we asked about our food. The girl with black hair apologize when she came over after one of us went to the bar to ask again about our food and she checked to see what we were missing. The other girl with violet hair was nice and apologetic but telling us that the incredibly long delay was due to some unexpected business from a rugby team presentation was unacceptable. The food there is good, but those waiters need better training and the cooks need to be faster no matter the circumstances. I've eaten there several times, and the service is never great or fast, but after this last visit tonight, I won't be back.
