We were in the area, had never had pizza from a bakery before, and the reviews were good, so we decided to get a few slices for takeout. The dough was good, as was the sauce (not sweet) and the cheese was plentiful. Unfortunately, they only had cheese pizza in slices, so we weren't able to try any other variety. We also tried a piece of a cake they sell; was it called "tandycake"? we'd never heard of such before. The description was more interesting than the cake itself, unfortunately. It was a thin piece of dense cake, topped by a thin (too thin to taste) layer of peanut butter, topped by a layer of chocolate. We would order the pizza again, but not the cake. read more

I heard about Tuzzi's and it's competitor from a friend at work. We were in Berwick one day for a dr. appt and I remembered her telling me. We were closets to Tuzzi's so we went there for a pizza to take home. Omg, we were delighted to say the least! We got a whole pie w mushrooms to take home. I'm 100% Italian and a food snob. I can tell you this is a delicious square pizza with great sauce, wonderful cheese and a ton of mushrooms (gotta eat your veggies, right?) It was nicely browned and pure deliciousness! They also sell pieces of cake from a recipe of a bakery that's now closed. The name escapes me, but OMG the cake! They have both chocolate and vanilla with this to die for white icing. Moral of the story, if you want to try great pizza and cake, try Tuzzi's! read more

I was here twice in three hours. Tuzzi's makes square pizza by the sheet covered in about the best damn pizza sauce ever to top bread. I've had plain, extra cheese, and extra sauce, and I'll say the wetter the better. I think I saw fresh bread and baked desserts for sale, but I was wearing my pizza-tinted glasses. I'd eat the pizza for dessert, anyway. A half-sheet (12 pieces) is $6.50 and a whole sheet is $12. Can't be beat. read more

What isn't to love about Tuzzi's? Ok, fair enough, there isn't even a chair to sit on here, but its a bakery that has somehow stumbled into being the best damn pizza in a 20 to 30 miles radius. When you get a regular it really does resemble what they call a tomato pie in the Philly area (Something I learned later in life). I prefer it with extra cheese...then it's a cheesy sweet tomato-ey slice of wonderful. Don't bother with toppings, cheese is all you need. Greasy? Oh yes. Worth it. Oh, and speaking of worth, it is insanely cheap! If you've never had and you're spending any amount of time in Berwick this place deserves a visit. You know I grew up with Tuzzis Pizza and I have to be honest last time I had it I was very disappointed yeah this is one of those places that when you were growing up it was a staple in town. It still is in the town of berwick. I got my pizza shrink wrap for travel when I ate it just it didn't taste the same didn't taste that homemade taste anymoreThe label said ingredients soybean oilSo my question is why why are you using that junk what happened to the homemade pizza real pizza doesn't use soy bean oil come on Tuzzis so you want toCut quality and cut corners makes me sad but times change people change and maybe business isn't like it was anymore no loyalty to the customer anymore sorry TuzzisBut I do have to say thanks for the years thanks for the good pizza for all those years but times change read more

Classic. The best pizza in Berwick at the best price. A regular sheet is kind of like a cross between a Sicilian pizza and a Philadelphia tomato pie. Order extra cheese if you want a more "pizza-like" sheet, order extra cheese. This is excellent fresh and holds up well reheated. read more

Amazing pizza, Extra Cheese is the way to go. Only downfall is the staff isn't to friendly, so just call ahead and pick up.

They always have good breads that you can buy at their shop or at local grocers. I generally go for their pizza, though. It's another one of those Old Forge style pizzas, but this one is different from its in-town rival Dalo's. The crust is a little more dense and the sauce is not as light, but there's still a great flavor. The cheese pizza is just as good cold as it is right out of the oven. I grew up on this stuff, so there's some bias. Regardless it's good pizza and you can't go wrong with the price. read more

The white broccoli pizza is delicious. Although I'm not a big fan of the plain pizza its still very good....But the white broccoli pizza is top notch, easily in my top three of favorite pizzas. I have eaten Tuzzi's Pizza since I was about 10 (now 60). Every year I visit family in Berwick and look forward to Tuzzi's Pizza. For 50 years I have not been disappointed. In fact for my adult life I have judged all pizza eaten against Tuzzi's. Tuzzi's has always won, that is until yesterday. While visiting family my sister (per my request) brought 2 half sheets of Tuzzi's Pizza. While everyone was eating picnic food my sister and I bit into a piece of pizza. The first bite let me know something was off, but I didn't say anything. Took another bite, told me sister something is wrong. She agreed. Crust was different, sauce had no flavor (it is usually sweet), could not taste any seasoning in the sauce. Needless to say 2 half sheets got thrown away. I am very upset and disappointed, Tuzzi's pizza was a part of my childhood. Now it is ruined. Might try again but I am a little wary. read more
