The head lady Miriam who runs it thinks she's still running a day care which it used to be and doesn't know how to run it and uses excuses and tries threatening parents to kick kids out just because they might have behavioral issues. She doesn't follow if you get your school district involved or anything you agree too with the school district or county to help your child. She makes parents go through hell and then in the end decides she doesn't want the child and uses the excuse she doesn't have enough staff for your child to finish the day and makes parents pick up their children.

They offer free trial sessions so you can experience the program before committing. After my son's initial session, I signed him up for 20 sessions. Which he will use during off season to improve his endurance, strength and performance. The workout varies from session to session, changing it up for the kids so its not too predictable. They give the kids breaks for water, but they have you out there moving pretty much the whole time. The intensity level of the kids vary, but they do try to push you. My son is definitely tired after the workout, but he looks forward to it now.

I hired Happy Little Brush Strokes as a painting activity for a bachelorette party, and the company was so easy to work with from start to finish. I reserved my date several months in advance because their calendar fills up quickly! You're able to choose one of the paintings from their website and adapt it to what you need. I chose to paint full-sized wine bottles (and place fairy lights inside of the bottle so it lights up!) since the bachelorette party was "wine themed." The price was $30 per person for the experience. I believe if you choose to paint a canvas, it's $25 per person. Happy Little Brush Strokes came all the way out to Greenport, Long Island to do this activity. The instructor, Bob, was an absolute delight, who was filled with so much positive energy! He provided everything we needed for the event (paint, brushes, water cups, the wine bottles, fairy lights). The only thing we needed to provide were tables, table cloths, and chairs for our group of 7. The experience took just over two hours, and everyone had an amazing time!
