They used inferior parts which caused my phone's screen to become useless. I don't live in the Northport area so when I finally had a chance to go back and asked them to look at it they claimed it was a graphics card issue on the motherboard and that there was nothing they could do. I took it to Tuscaloosa Wireless and they replaced the screen. Now it's as good as new. I understand that mistakes happen, sometimes you get a bad part, but when you point blank lie to me you've lost all credibility. I hope everyone in the area sees this and the other reviews I'll be making and that they go to Tuscaloosa Wireless instead, or really just anyone other than Sam Tech

Where the service incorrect address was derived, I am uncertain. After calling me to get correct address, he arrived at 6:30 for a 5p appt, and did not finish until close to midnight for tv mounting. Way too late, especially on weeknight. HelloTech also charged me $299 additional dollars on top of the $872 price for mounting 5 TVs. The $299/yr support plan that I DID NOT AUTHORIZE was not discussed with anyone and should NOT have been billed to my card without permission. I asked for 5 TVs to be mounted, why would I need (without consent) a support plan auto billed yearly!!! EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED. If you need services, find local direct reputable people/company to work with. Reconciliation Note: I called about the unauthorized charge and was informed it will be refunded. The support person was kind and apologetic, but this entire situation left a bad taste in my mouth.

Phoned Barry late on Wednesday afternoon, and after describing my issue he suggested I phone the office to make an appointment. Phoned and spoke with Macy that afternoon and make an appointment for Friday morning (second in line for Friday). Around 0210pm on Friday I had to call the office as no one had come by the house nor called to let me know when I could expect someone. Was told they had a water line break they had to make a priority over my issue. Understandable. What was not was the fact no one thought it wise to not to not call a customer for roughly six hours that it was unlikely they would honor their appointment. Then tell me they could come after hours if I would pay the Over-Time rate. So, they would not honor their commitment and expect me to pay extra for their failure. Instead, I asked to reschedule. Macy offered a late Monday spot, but could not guarantee they could make it if other jobs ran late. Again, was told they could come outside hours if I paid OT rates for their inability to fulfill their commitment. She said I could get the first appointment for Tuesday, the next day. I took that option. So, Barry sends me a text at 0816am on Tuesday that he is running late as no one told him he had an appointment with me and he had to do something with a child at school. Adding that "I'll be there asap." I am typing this at 0125pm on Tuesday and Barry is not here yet nor has he or anyone from Turner Plumbing called to update. Just the facts. Make your own judgement.
