Upon registration, we were taken immediately to triage and the nurses the PA took immediate action, administering epinephrine. Upon seeing how she was reacting and responding, she was ushered back to a room and given priority and intensive care by multiple staff. A scary moment for both my daughter and myself. The staff here was absolutely amazing and treated my daughter with dignity and swift action. I couldn't have asked for better care. Thank you SSM DePaul!!

Let me start from the beginning! The anesthesiologist, Chris he was phenomenal. Listen to me the entire time and really tried to help. Chris also went above and beyond after our Baby was born, taking tons of photos on my husband's phone for us since I was out of it to capture the moment. The day I was admitted, they told me my two-year-old could stay the night but then when I switched rooms I was told we were misinformed and no kids under 16 could stay. So we had completely changed last minute with an hour left of visitation which resulted in me having to stay overnight by myself without my husband helping therefore I only got two hours of sleep. Frustrating getting different pieces of information. Dietary was a nightmare they consistently messed up our worse, forgot food and would have to bring up another tray, which would take another 15 minutes at a time. We are waiting over 45 minutes for food. One of the nurses made a comment that's where they get their lowest ratings is from dietary. The nurse had eight students with her and offered if we wanted to get some rest. One of the students would watch our daughter, which was very kind. Apparently they don't have a nursery so that you can rest even after c sections there's not an option. They also don't offer pacifiers unless your baby is in a lot of distress. The nurse told me just to go home and grab one. The real amazing nurses were Becky, who was my second night nurse, Jackie, my second night nurse. The scrub nurse Alie and my other nurse Tori were incredible the entire time I cannot brag about them enough. They helped me watch her so I could sleep on my second night. They got my pain under control that you're seriously went above and beyond.

Apparently women can't understand medical dialogue. I could have understood that there might not be anything he could fix, but the wheelchair comment was snide, and very very condescending. I have never before been made to feel so small. I very much feel like he was trying to use my appt to make up for how late his schedule was running. I thought even if there weren't surgical issues, maybe he could point me in the right direction. Apparently I wasn't worth the time.

It was a 3-month wait to get in to see him last November. At my first appointment, he was 2 hours late. At the end of the appointment, he said I could email him with any questions, no problem. He understood he'd thrown a lot of new information my way. I sent him an email a few days later with questions. His response: that's a lot of questions; you should make an appointment with my nurse practitioner to discuss all this. Okay... I met with the nurse practitioner a couple weeks later. She was on time and very helpful. At my second appointment with the doctor, he was 90 minutes late. He seemed rushed and talked fast. I told him some of the medicine wasn't helping; he just said, "Hmm." When I paused to think before responding to a question from him, he said, "I'm running really late today. I don't have time to deal with [your primary complaint.]" He said to make an appointment to see his nurse practitioner about it and rushed me out of the office. At the scheduling desk, the receptionist said he'd written in his notes for me to see the NP in 6 months. REALLY? Wait 6 months? Was he even paying attention to his own words? Dr. Kinsella was rude, unprofessional, and uncaring. My husband was with me for the appointment and was also taken aback by the doctor's behavior. I have seen dozens of docs because of my illness and am used to bad doctors. His blatant disregard was one of the most harmful (I didn't describe everything here) because it was demoralizing and shaming. He, of all people, should understand the challenges of my illness. And if he didn't manage his time well today, he should not punish me as his patient for that. I will never recommend Dr. Kinsella and will not be seeing him again.

I have been seeing her for quite some time…read more Anytime I come in her staff is very friendly and outgoing at the O'Fallon location only Dr. Worsena listens to your needs, once and all your problems. She also sits there and let you vent and build a rapport with you. it does not rush you. She takes her time to find out exactly what you're needing to solve migraines in my case so they are not debilitating. I would highly recommend her to anyone with Neuro needs

Their voice mail says they will return your call within 24 hours. I called on Thursday, January22nd. I called on Tuesday and was impatient. I called Wednesday and asked if they were just not taking new patients but, you know, if you wanted to return my call.... The lady called Wednesday night, said it was only her and I tried to apologize but she kept talking. Stating this is part of a car accident and obviously, I need to see a different neurologist. I wondered if the doctors she works for knows how rude she is to perspective patients. Except, it's not part of an accident, it's not part of a lawsuit. Today, I called the main BJC number to see about seeing a different doctor. The lady who answered the phone said they had a referral for this office so she calls. Nope, again, the lady tells her she's already talked to me, she is NOT scheduling an appointment for my husband. I guess if he has a stroke before I can get him seen, I know who I could sue since she's now told his primary care and the scheduling lady she refuses to schedule this appointment. (Yes, I can be rude, but I also know that if a customer is irate, my job is to calm them down and try and makes things better. All she had to say was, "I'm sorry, it's just me and I'm really behind on returning calls. I don't know how this doctor's office gets new patients.
