Pain radiated down right buttock into rght hip then down right leg. My right foot and lower leg would become numb. I couldn't stand or walk for any length of time without pain. After surgery, Dr Young wanted me to walk as much as possible. Imagine my delight being able to do this without pain or numbness even on the first day after surgery. The nurse, Lisa, is great. She is knowledgeable and returns calls in a timely manner. It is easy to make appointments. I can readily recommend him to others.

Showed up early to fill out the paper work then it was a waiting game. Finally after 2 hours, I said something - funny how once I complained it was my turn suddenly. After a 2 hr wait, the appointment took 5 min and I was informed that there had been an emergency the day before so those people were being prioritized into the schedule with the people who actually had set appointments. I recommend that if that happens again, you call and reschedule people instead of making them wait 2 hours. Needless to say I won't be back.

Finally after several hours in recovery he comes in the room and loudy says "do you abuse drugs" ha my husband doesn't even drink he was just in a lot of pain and knows what works as this was his THIRD surgery on his ear. We were embarrassed and had never been treated like that from anyone. We would never treat someone like that so was very upset to be treated this way. He handed him a rx for 10 pain pills and stated "I've done over 500 surgeries and never had to give anyone stronger pain meds" then he very cocky like walked out. Needless to say my husband will not even go back for his follow up he just has lived with the still continuing pain in his ear. (This is the first time I've ever left a review on yelp and hopefully the last negative one I just felt strongly about sharing this so others can do their homework better than my husband did I took several weeks before posting this so this isn't a fast out of anger review. Well, if she's running late in the morning, what's going to happen in the afternoon? It's a continual lag. And THAT'S why I always choose a morning appointment. Dr. Bagnegni is wonderfully personable and knowledgeable. She asked about everything. And she wanted me to get a bone density test -- earliest availability. I had not had one in two years. Well, earliest available turned out to be August 17, 10:30 a.m. arrival, 11 a.m. test. That was the day I had to take Thomas Raymond to the groomer. So, I juggled a whole bunch of time frames to get Thomas Raymond to the groomer, me to the bone density test. And it worked!
