This itself made me question Longhorn's professionalism and integrity. Then, after my refi was approved she asked for the survey. What!?!? Don't you know what you're doing? So I dropped everything to send the survey because I wanted to close on time! Days later she said the survey I sent didn't have the 'seal', meaning the refi process wasn't guaranteed to be recorded. How incompetent. Don't use this firm if you want a smooth, professional closing without hassle and worry.

Working with both of them has truly been a pleasure. I needed roof repairs, so Les recommended another friend from church to do the job: Milton Oliver of Oliver Bros. Roofing in Austin, who managed to do a first rate job while saving significant money for me. Needless to say, I've become a great fan of following recommendations based on friendships from church! Les was always professional, friendly, tactful, prompt, and proactive. He had great instincts for what would and wouldn't work, even in a real estate market that had basically gone nuts. We sold for thousands more than we had been prepared to accept, and were also able to defer payment on many repairs (like that roof) until they could be paid from the proceeds of the sale. We were hoping this to be our final home as we are in our 80's and it's been a horrible experience…read more Being from what we know, we are the final home sold as the developer has pretty much stopped building and unfinished homes are sitting here in the heat and rain just rotting and making an eyesore of our neighborhood. Upon being in the home, we were to get allowances for landscaping which never came and items such as the kitchen cabinets are literally falling apart. Already replaced some of the floor glides and cracks are show up in the cabinet joints. Water pressure is barely enough to wash our dishes. Also, we 've been served with liens in that the builder did not pay for certain items which we had no knowledge of. Don't expect to pay in that we did not contract with the vendors but the builder did that transaction. Irrigation system is a mess as can't control much of it as it's a master system which has been installed without much care or knowledge. Thus without this becoming a book as too much to itemize this builder is terrible and this has been the worst home buying experience of our lives and was supposed to be our final home. Should you be considering buying in Verde Vista, look very closely at the home as when the building went along it is obvious the builder didn't plan very well and ran out of money cheapening the process. The community has a wonderful look and our neighbors are all nice people so that's a nice positive for us, but be careful should you consider buying here.

Horrible sales team when we came in for an appointment yesterday. We get it that it's a sellers…read moremarket but this arrogant, pompous sales guy was horrible. If I heard one more time that they sale 6 homes a day I was going to scream. Will never be back..
