As first time home buyers, we worked with other real estate agents that didn't seem to have the drive and expertise that Jeff has. Knowing that Jeff grew up in the Austin area meant that we would have knowledge of every part of Austin, near the lake in areas like Lakeway, north of Austin in Pflugerville, and every in between Austin Proper and South Austin. He worked with us every step of the way and took the time to go above and beyond to understand what we wanted and needed in a home. He was patient while teaching us the steps we needed during the home buying process. We have referred him to family and friends, and we hope to be able to use him whether it is buying or selling again in the near future. This is a long post because Darrell deserves a long and glowing review. lol…read more Darrell was an unbelievably great realtor, and I highly recommend you seek him out for his services. His knowledge and expertise around the Austin market was incredibly valuable to us when selling our home on the East side. His wise counsel was much appreciated - especially when I would want to do something that he didn't quite agree with. Instead of just agreeing with me to get through the conversation or push back too hard, he would calmly and professionally present his viewpoint and recommendation, and THEN let us decide. This kind of technique is much appreciated during what can be a very stressful time of trying to sell you house - particularly in a soft, buyers market. His approach and advice always came down to a couple of things: extensive knowledge of the market (local, state, and national) and an analysis that was logical and reasoned. There's no off-the-cuff speculation with Darrell. He doesn't have a crystal ball, and perhaps doesn't need one anyway. When I would reach out, he would get back with me via a phone call or text very quickly. Past realtors couldn't be bothered and we wouldn't hear from them for hours. That kind of responsiveness is incredibly valuable. One of the things we found most impressive was how hard he worked for his commission. We no longer live in Texas, and simply couldn't be on hand to take care of all the little things that would crop up at the home the time that it was on the market. The guy went out of his way so often that I started to feel a bit guilty sometimes! There's above and beyond.....and then there's Darrell. He looked at everything not as a transaction - but as a competitive battle amongst the dozens of other home owners and realtors in the area who were also trying to sell. Every recommendation he proposed, every move he made, and every chunk of advice he offered was always given thru the lens of "What can I do to make this home as compelling and attractive to a buyer as possible, and get you to a sale amount that you're happy with?" THAT is what you want in a realtor. Thanks Darrell, for everything.

On our first visit, Mike and Tyler visited with us and took the time to walk the property and ask relevant questions and take down notes. They came back with a marketing proposal. Mike then scheduled a meeting with his staging consultant Gina. Both Gina and Mike were very patient and took the time to walk the entire property with us giving us ideas on how to make the house presentable inside and out. The one thing we really liked that Mike said was to make this as enjoyable as we can and not to stress it. That was a huge relief, and it actually worked out quite well. We took down all the points and executed to plan. Once everything was ready on our end, Mike visited again to do a final check and as well as have a profession photography session. Once the photos came back and proofed, that night the house went on the market. Mike and team already had their marketing machinery ready to go into action right away. It is amazing that within the first 3 days we had 3 offers. Thanks to Mike and team the entire process went through very smooth. He walked us through all the remaining procedures, as well as came to closing with us which was honestly very comforting. This is a big deal for somebody who is doing this for the first time. Once again, thank you to Mike and his team for a job well done! Keep up the great work. We highly recommend Michael Cossette and team.
