He threatened to climb up and destroy his work or place a lien on our home. She told them she would contact the general contractor and figure out what was going on. The GC was unavailable. They showed up two hours later to bully her some more. She called me where I told her to just pay them to get rid of them. They were rude and extremely unprofessional. The job had not even been inspected by the GC yet. There must be better companies to deal with for roofing needs.

He charged very fairly based on his quote! He even listened to me with respect and answered my questions! This might not seem like much, but I have contractors not show up at all, come hours late, bump-up the charge after the work was done, (without a reason), not listen to my expectations or request and do it "their way ", bungle the job, and be generally rude, as they are "the boss." Quite simply Curtis is top notch in every capacity; as his work is exceptional in terms of detail, and quality. I have had the unfortunate experience of having "undocumented sub contract painters" in my home. To illustrate this point, the undocumented painters painted the entire inside of my home in two days, while it took Curtis well over two weeks. Subsequently, the inside of my house looks brand new! Curtis is also licensed, and insured (and provided me with a copy of his liability insurance before he began any work).
