Mike give up already! You keep responding with false claims. First 300 then 500 feet of baseboard we don't even have 300 feet of 1x8 molding in the entire house even counting when Greg came back! You can't even keep your lies straight. Then you say 2000 square feet. If I had a 2000 square foot living room I would have hired a legitimate company! Actually the room is 468 sq foot. Double the work load? We added one piece of 1 inch by 2 inch moulding to 6 doors ( maybe 18 foot of 1x2) You say I was bad to work for but the person you sub contracted came back to finish what you couldn't handle. Your responses are showing your true colors and how you conduct business. You threaten lawsuits but then say you won't bother! Why? Because you are full of crap! Stop already and move on! You call people lunatics because they expect you to stand by your contract and call you out on your BS! Then call me a coward.. you know who I am I am not hiding. Then you lie right to faces and even your workers say it happens often. If you want to try and justify 25 days for one room (468 square foot) your pictures on Facebook prove how big the room was and yes there was some skim coating but not enough for 25 days of work and certainly not too much for a professional. I will call it as I see it! You had absolutely no work lined up so you took your sweet time to make you "look" busy! Because any professional painting company would not take 25 days to prep and paint a 468 sq foot room along with a kitchen ceiling and only the ceiling that was 12 foot by 14 foot. As for your300 or 500 feet claim of base moulding it was actually 78 feet total and that was rounding up. If adding 18 feet of 1 inch by 2 inch moulding doubled your work load then that in and of its self shows you maybe in over your head. Once again good luck read more

I just purchased a home in Pawleys Island and I was interested in having a few things done. I use yelp from time to time and I was curious if I could find home repair or painters on Yelp. I was pleasantly surprised. Mikes company got my attention because of the special he is running on his yelp page. I called him and suggested he just come have a look at my projects. He was at my house that afternoon and the next morning he had a crew of 3 cleaning my roof, gutters, windows and siding. The pressure washing rig he uses is impressive. After cleaning my house and roof he offered to clean my driveway and patio as well. I was hesitant but he offered it at a great price and the results are spectacular. The best part was how he did it. In the past I've attempted to wash driveways in previous homes I've owned with a pressure washer. Not like his thats for sure! He used a tool/attachment that looked like a floor buffer. It literally cleaned my whole double driveway in about 30 minutes. The concrete went from blackish/green/brown to brand spanking new. I thought I was going to have to paint the whole house .... Mike suggested washing it first to see what was underneath all the mold and surface dirt...since it would need to be cleaned prior to painting anyway....well i can tell you it looks brand new also. However one of his painters got overspray on my rose bushes...hence the 4 star review. They always cleaned up and put everything away. Our neighbors hired a company last spring and they left ladders and tools all over the property for a week. I especially appreciated how Mike walked me around the house after each coat...I felt like he really cared about my opinion as opposed to a "this is what you get" attitude. I'm having them back this summer to paint my kitchen & living room. I'm updating this review to let Yelp users know that even though it's not a recommended review, I took the time to write this without the business's consent. He mentioned that I could find the biz on Yelp and Angie's list, however I'm disappointed that Yelp would remove my reviews from their site. I enjoyed my experience with this company. My husband and I hired them to paint our home. After 6 or 7 years it was definitely needed. They washed the house and used a sprayer to paint most of the siding. They brushed the trim and used small rollers. I was especially pleased with how they sealed up the cracking around my windows. We had been noticing drafts in the house and they seem to be gone now. My husband says he misses the old days when painters brushed everything but the results were very nice. I also hired them to clean and seal my driveway. It turned out good, however there were a few deep stains they couldnt get out. They are barely noticeable. Overall they do good work. they clean up after themselves and are neat and mostly clean-cut in appearance. I recommend them all the time! read more

I hired this company & only stumbled across this Yelp page bc I wanted to leave them a review & google had this at the top of the search. Mike was very professional and always promptly communicated with me. I live in an old home in Avondale and needed a lot of drywall and plaster work done. I called Mike and he came out to my home and quickly provided me with a very reasonable estimate. He installed drywall on every ceiling within each room in my home (see before and after pictures below).
