A month passed. I called and was told they were behind but my truck was a priority and next on list. Two more months passed and no update or followup by them. I called in August and was told the same thing about being next on list. No word and called again in September with same indifferent unconcerned response. Called again this month (November) and told them I was towing my truck off their lot amd taking to a reputable shop in Jonesboro. Again asked why they had not started working on my truck after 7 and a half months was again was told "We just haven't gotten to it." Absolutely no excuse for this horrible lack of service and lack of concern after nearly 8 months. You be the judge about this place about this place before dropping your truck off.
