So far they have done nothing but l Iied to my daughter. Everyday is the day that there are going to get to it. She was told before Thanksgiving but no phone on Wednesday. Maybe they teach the receptionist to lie and string customers along. I just don't understand all the lying. I hope this experience gets better but I doubt it. I had to take my vehicle to this place through my warranty company. I won't ever bring my car back here for anything in the future. It took a week and a half for them to turn rotors, do an alignment, and replace all 4 tires. I understand needing an approval from my warranty company to start service, but they took their time establishing approval. This place does NOT have tires on site. They order them from their warehouse in Cape. Which should be same day delivery. No, it took 4 days for my tires to arrive. One person will tell me they were currently working on my car and another would say they were waiting to get the car into the shop. When I got my car back my floor mat was covered in grease and the interior smelt like gas. My alignment was done incorrectly. The alignment wasn't bad in the first place. I will say the lady on the phone was always nice. But I'll also say she always had a different story. Do not use this company for any needs. read more

I brought my car in twice for the same repair because my car was making a popping noise during sharp turns (backing out). After the first attempt, the car was still popping. $200+. After the second attempt, the popping became frequent and also popped from driving over bumps in the road and I was charged an extra $200+. They asked me to bring it back but because they couldn't fix it after the first two tries and kept charging me more money, I didn't want to risk something else happening to my car and funds. My vehicle was ready three days after I was originally told they would have it completed. When I picked it up, all four carpeted floor mats and part of the carpet was covered in grease. What were they even doing in the front passenger side and back seats for an engine issue? The auto dealerships are much more professional and are no more expensive. They use paper to cover the mats and carpet and also call you to let you know if there will be delays. I will not use this business, again. read more

fuck this place fr, don't get ur brakes done here you'll leave with your brakes rubbing & your e-brake not working whatsoever. then when u go back you'll be refused service when you're mad about your car sliding down a hill because your e-brake doesn't work. it's almost laughable. couldnt step in the shop with my car due to "insurance purposes" yet they had a whole baby in there. read more
