I never get what I order and they sub things that are not even close.. part of my order was club soda and they subbed ginger ale.. not good.. caveat emptor! Even though the employee delivered.. First time I've been here. Customer service is great! I went after 6pm today. The cashier was very helpful me looking for what I wanted. Since he was helpful I bought two bottles of whiskey instead of one. Definitely coming back. read more

On second interaction with employees I would not recommend this establishment! One particular employee has an attitude problem and takes it out on the rest of the staff I unfortunately witnessed this! The owner did nothing to correct the situation! And the skinny guy behind the counter is a complete jerk! He spends half his time being rude to delivery people who are just trying to work on behalf of the delivery customers. And selling his own beef jerky! There are a lot of substitutions from this establishment even without calling the customer first. I feel horrible for the next person who has to work with this individual! Customers that order online are not a priority for this business! As the delivery drivers are pushed to the side and must wait until the entire store is free of customers to be able to get their deliveries picked up! read more

I live across the country and was able to place a same day order through Drizly, for my family members here in Commerce City. On Drizly.com you can browse a wide selection, narrowing it down by choosing which types of beers you're looking for (IPA, Sours, etc.), selecting the ideal bottle or case size, if you want a variety pack, etc. My minimum order had to be $20 before shipping, but the prices are so reasonable you get an amazing bang for your buck and you're supporting a local liquor store, in the process. After getting lost in all the amazing options, I ended up narrowing down my order to an Epic Brewing Co IPA bottle, Fort Collins Far Away IPA six-pack, and a Lagunitas Seasonal Citrus six-pack, all for $25 + a $5 delivery fee. Unfortunately, due to high-impact cause by stay at home orders during COVID-19, the shop did not have what I needed and I didn't know until after I ordered. On the upside, they called me and walked me through all the great alternatives they had in shop that were similar to the order I placed, no charge for change. I placed my online order at about 12 pm MST. Generally deliveries happen within a 60 minute window with Drizly. The employee ended up calling me around 3 pm MST to update my order (and was very kind and helpful in the process), delivering the products around 4pm MST. Still very quick given the unexpected unflux they're experiencing. I would definitely use Drizly to order from this liquor store again. Even with shortages they had such a nice variety of local beers, wine and liquor, and the staff were very pleasant communicators. read more

This place will consistently try to rip you off by overcharging. 3x either my wife, or I, were charged 19.99 for a 10.99 18 pack of Rolling Rocks. Consistently. Stock is always half depleted and prices are always higher than nearby competitors. Owners are also rude. Avoid this place. read more

Scotch selection is actually good, but the place is so disorganized I had to hunt for the price tag for my bottle. It was a shelf above and about 3 feet to the left of my bottle. Price was marked $104.99. It rang up as $123 total and I didn't think to ask how much it rang up before tax until after I paid. Clerk Michelle C said she didn't know how to do a refund or price adjustment to honor the price posted on the shelf. She supposedly called someone else and then told me they couldn't tell her over the phone how to fix the problem. She told me I could wait an hour for the Manager to come in. I asked her if she was serious and she said yes and pointed to the No refunds printed on the receipt. Either she is incompetent or the store is crooked. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I won't go back. read more

Ordered our family some bourbon through Drizly and we live out in CA. Our family got a different bottle of bourbon from the one we ordered and they left a note saying they didn't have what we ordered so to enjoy this more expensive bottle instead. The price wasn't even much more than what we spent, but that's not the point. They should have reached out to us, to see if we would like to cancel or pick something different. That right there is just bad customer service. Will never order from them again!! read more

We placed two orders over $100 with Drizly using this liquor store. Both orders were completely wrong. When I called the liquor store, the manager offered to fix it by dropping off some wine the next day between 1-2. When it never showed up, I called back. He didn't know what happened, panicked and asked to call me back. He never did. For a small business during this time, it's unfortunate they lost my business and others that I share my experience to. read more

Always get your receipt from this store!! I was overcharged on a six pack of beer by $7 ($17 total for a six pack that was only $10). I didn't ask for my receipt, so there is nothing I can do. Will never return to this store. read more
