I love this store! Almost daily customer who is treated with respect and dignity. They always have what I need and the staff is great! Wish the phone number worked so I could call... read more

Very disappointed with the way we were treated here. The employee was extremely rude and had a condescending attitude toward us the entire time. He kept watching us while we were in the store! We felt completely singled out and uncomfortable. There was absolutely no reason to speak to customers that way. Very unprofessional experience. We will not be returning. read more

I ordered through door dash as time went on, I called to check on my order and no answer. finally 3 hours went by and then my order was considered complete but nothing was delivered. I have been calling and they're not answering their phone. my account was charged and I've received nothing. read more

I always have trouble with this store when delivering.. I never get what I order and they sub things that are not even close.. part of my order was club soda and they subbed ginger ale.. not good.. caveat emptor! Even though the employee delivered.. I appreciate that but the orders are generally incorrect.. I am going to have to look elsewhere! read more

Disappointed!!! The case of High Noon two cans were leaking and the box had dry mold inside. Definitely don't recommend this place. read more

Turnberry Liquor - High Noon I picked up today. - Beer, Wine & Spirits Near Me - Commerce City, Colorado

I would do 0 but that's not a choice. They beatup my son and left him unconscious at the store ! They caused a brain bleed that could have killed him! Please don't spend a dime at this place! I'm lucky that my son survived! I hope the lawsuit closes them down!! I would attach photos but they are too graphic . Even as his mom at can't handle see them! read more

First time I've been here. Customer service is great! I went after 6pm today. The cashier was very helpful me looking for what I wanted. Since he was helpful I bought two bottles of whiskey instead of one. Definitely coming back. read more

I live across the country and was able to place a same day order through Drizly, for my family members here in Commerce City. On Drizly.com you can browse a wide selection, narrowing it down by choosing which types of beers you're looking for (IPA, Sours, etc.), selecting the ideal bottle or case size, if you want a variety pack, etc. My minimum order had to be $20 before shipping, but the prices are so reasonable you get an amazing bang for your buck and you're supporting a local liquor store, in the process. After getting lost in all the amazing options, I ended up narrowing down my order to an Epic Brewing Co IPA bottle, Fort Collins Far Away IPA six-pack, and a Lagunitas Seasonal Citrus six-pack, all for $25 + a $5 delivery fee. Unfortunately, due to high-impact cause by stay at home orders during COVID-19, the shop did not have what I needed and I didn't know until after I ordered. On the upside, they called me and walked me through all the great alternatives they had in shop that were similar to the order I placed, no charge for change. I placed my online order at about 12 pm MST. Generally deliveries happen within a 60 minute window with Drizly. The employee ended up calling me around 3 pm MST to update my order (and was very kind and helpful in the process), delivering the products around 4pm MST. Still very quick given the unexpected unflux they're experiencing. I would definitely use Drizly to order from this liquor store again. Even with shortages they had such a nice variety of local beers, wine and liquor, and the staff were very pleasant communicators. read more

On second interaction with employees I would not recommend this establishment! One particular employee has an attitude problem and takes it out on the rest of the staff I unfortunately witnessed this! The owner did nothing to correct the situation! And the skinny guy behind the counter is a complete jerk! He spends half his time being rude to delivery people who are just trying to work on behalf of the delivery customers. And selling his own beef jerky! There are a lot of substitutions from this establishment even without calling the customer first. I feel horrible for the next person who has to work with this individual! Customers that order online are not a priority for this business! As the delivery drivers are pushed to the side and must wait until the entire store is free of customers to be able to get their deliveries picked up! read more

This place will consistently try to rip you off by overcharging. 3x either my wife, or I, were charged 19.99 for a 10.99 18 pack of Rolling Rocks. Consistently. Stock is always half depleted and prices are always higher than nearby competitors. Owners are also rude. Avoid this place. read more

Chris and Scott showed excellent customer service! Always helpful and willing to go the extra mile! Helping to find exactly what I was looking for and recommending possible substitutes. Making it easy for me to have an enjoyable evening! Turnberry liquors is a cut above the rest! read more

Scotch selection is actually good, but the place is so disorganized I had to hunt for the price tag for my bottle. It was a shelf above and about 3 feet to the left of my bottle. Price was marked $104.99. It rang up as $123 total and I didn't think to ask how much it rang up before tax until after I paid. Clerk Michelle C said she didn't know how to do a refund or price adjustment to honor the price posted on the shelf. She supposedly called someone else and then told me they couldn't tell her over the phone how to fix the problem. She told me I could wait an hour for the Manager to come in. I asked her if she was serious and she said yes and pointed to the No refunds printed on the receipt. Either she is incompetent or the store is crooked. Worst customer service I have experienced in a long time. I won't go back. read more

Great local shop with good selection of wines. Under new ownership recently but same great service and selection.

Ordered our family some bourbon through Drizly and we live out in CA. Our family got a different bottle of bourbon from the one we ordered and they left a note saying they didn't have what we ordered so to enjoy this more expensive bottle instead. The price wasn't even much more than what we spent, but that's not the point. They should have reached out to us, to see if we would like to cancel or pick something different. That right there is just bad customer service. Will never order from them again!! read more

We placed two orders over $100 with Drizly using this liquor store. Both orders were completely wrong. When I called the liquor store, the manager offered to fix it by dropping off some wine the next day between 1-2. When it never showed up, I called back. He didn't know what happened, panicked and asked to call me back. He never did. For a small business during this time, it's unfortunate they lost my business and others that I share my experience to. read more

This store is close to my home so I use it often. Selection and prices are ok. There is a young lady who works the cash register who is not a very nice or pleasant person. She acts like this is the last place she wants to be. read more

Both bottles of alcohol you wanted were labeled with incorrect price tags? Eh who cares? I was told I should "read the tags closer" I can't say anything else without using extreme profanity. read more

Always get your receipt from this store!! I was overcharged on a six pack of beer by $7 ($17 total for a six pack that was only $10). I didn't ask for my receipt, so there is nothing I can do. Will never return to this store. read more
