I have NEVER had worse customer service, in my life. The nasty woman at the consignment all but forced me out of the store. We called ahead and asked if they consigned wedding gowns at this location and we were assured that they would. Whoever answered the phone and answered us was conveniently not present when we arrived. The woman informed me that not only did they not take wedding gowns, but they never had, and cut me off multiple times as I simply asked to verify the number that I had called to verify the location. It's a shock that they have any service as the location is dingy, the merchandise belongs on the side of the road, and the employees have the attitude of self righteous pigs. This place smells like a retirement home because they only accept clothing and furniture that are about 30 years old. When they say your clothes has to be hung and pressed and within the last year, the expression on their face says they don't even believe it. The clothes is always wrinkled and some even have holes and stains on them. The store has really changed since it first opened a few years back. It had a young, fun staff and they were always happy to help. Now it's a bunch of either old, rude employees not wanting to help, or stuck up young teens who have never worked a day in their life. The organization is also a big problem. No clothes is ever in the right size order or in the right place. Not to mention buckets full of shoes on the floor? Bring back the original managers to save this place! read more

Customer service is not that great. I will never consign here again. There is no inventory management on unsold items. There is no way of knowing if it was stolen or lost. My gut tells me something is very fishy about this place. All Coach bags I dropped off are gone, but have no record of being sold or donated. read more

All employees are so helpful and friendly, this is a really great consignment store, prices are Well below what I expected and the quality of All of the items are just outstanding. It just doesn't get better than this, from home furnishings, bedding, decor, upscale clothing in perfect condition, I highly recommend this store. Absolutely one of my best retail experiences EVER! My name is Kristin Ramsey, I am admittedly a shop alcoholic! I am really into shoes. LOVE THEM! So, when I recently found out that I have bad arthritis in not one but both feet, I was devastated! Last count I own 200 pairs. That I can never wear again. It is also not unusual for me to send $150 on a pair. My mother and I took in five pairs to Turn Style and I started my consignment contact. The woman who assisted me was phenomenal! Her name is Jessica and she is the new manager. Jessica was so sweet and knowledgeable. She answered all of my questions and some of my mother's too! As it would happen, there were about five pairs of "like brand new " shoes that someone had just dropped off to be consigned. All a size 9 1/2 (which are hard to find sometimes) Mom requested a call when they were priced. She received that call and said she'd take two pairs. The next morning when we came back to finish some paperwork, mom actually bought three pairs of the shoes. Says a lot about a woman who never spends on herself! I too made some purchases. I went to the Wadsworth location. What a cool place! Customer service was amazing. I couldn't believe the amount of cool things this place has. I didn't know what to expect but I was happily surprised when I stopped in. I went looking for a few good deals on furniture and found everything from candles to men's clothing. A much better place to find quality home goods and apparel at a low cost than the usual places that come to mind. Consignment is actually a cool thing to me now. read more

The quality of the merchandise is comparable to other resale shop, and you will find it exceeds other on certain items. This is a place to find that special dress, pair of shoes or purse. I have NEVER had such a horrible experience with a consignment shop!! I took my items in on a Tuesday evening around 7pm. The associate working said they would not have time to review them that evening, but I could come back the following day to get any items that would not be consigned. I was a bit indecisive as to whether I wanted to donate my unwanted items or not, but finally told her I would call the following day and see what they did not want. I called the following day in the early afternoon and was told they were keeping 4 items. I said I would come that evening to pick up 3 pairs of slacks since I had paid $70 each, and they were only 3 years old. When I arrived on Wednesday evening, my items were nowhere to be found. The associate from Tuesday evening had written "donate" on my paperwork, however the associate working on Wednesday said the donation lady had not come that day, so she believed my items should be there. We looked everywhere. She even texted the girl who helped me on Tuesday night, and she said they were in white bag...then she said it was a black bag. After some time of looking around, it was getting late and she had to close-up. We decided that since neither her, nor her manager were in the following day, I would follow up with them on Friday. She said she would also leave notes for the girls working on Thursday. When I was finally able to speak with the manager on Friday, she was extremely rude, and basically accused me of lying. She said that I had written "donate" on my paperwork (which I DID NOT). She also accused me of coming back two days after I left my items. This is also NOT TRUE. I came back when they told me to come back, which was the following evening. She would not listen to me, kept cutting me off, and said that because I had signed the "agreement", there was nothing she could do. She also told me some story that they were pulling lots of items from the floor and that a donation lady had actually come on Wednesday morning, and that my items had been donated. Hmm, that's a very convenient story. In the end, she offered me a tax receipt. Wow, really?! That was so not helpful. Word of warning...JUST DON'T GO HERE AT ALL. Do not leave your items unattended!! Sounds like I'm not the only person who has had a bad experience with this store. This manager does not know the meaning of "the customer is always right!" read more

I love both shopping an consigning here! The store is huge and has a variety of clothing styles for both adults and children. There is also a good selection of home furnishings. I especially like the seasonal section, where I can always find something unique for the holidays. The staff members are professional and friendly and they review my consignment items in a timely manner. There's no reason to buy new when you can purchase stylish, like-new clothing here at an unbeatable price! read more

What a terrible experience. I brought some drapes in for consignment. The first girl looked at the drapes and said: "they look great we will take them." I brought them all in to the store. The owner then says she will be with me in a half hour. I return in a half hour, she looks at the drapes and says: "These look really good, but they won't sell here. I won't take them." I ask why, she replies "They are too nice, I don't think they will sell here." The implication is that her patrons have poor taste and/or do not like nice things. She wasted nearly an hour of my time. She was condescending, impolite, and doesn't seem to care about her customers. read more

Couldn't get any help because there wasn't anyone around. The only people available were in the consignment area, they said they would get someone but apparently forgot. I dropped all my stuff on the counter and left (seriously stood there for about 5 minutes). Pretty bad when you want to give a business money and no one is around to take it. Not good for consigners either who rely on a business to sell their items. read more

The customer service was the best I have seen anywhere lately. The sales lady was busy the entire time I was in the store. I overheard her talking with other customers,joking with them. She stopped whatever she was doing to help customers and had a very happy attitude about it. So refreshing to see and experience Great customer service....hard to find anymore. read more

Turn Style Consignment has the rudest staff I have ever dealt with in my life. I tried to partner with this company and encountered one rude staff member after another with this company. Take your goods to Goodwill before giving items to this rude group!!!!!! They should receive zero stars if possible. read more
