Irregular hours, drive thru closed for the second day this week (said they were short staffed, yet…read morethere were 4 people behind the counter with 1 person just standing in the lobby telling everyone to have a great day. Inconveniencing customers because you allegedly cannot adequately staff this location is unprofessional. With what Chase earns in revenue a year, they can more than afford to pay competent staff. I mean, one less CSuite vacation home wouldn't hurt anyone. At least put a sign out so customers can see the drive thru is closed before being forced to circle a congested parking lot.

My mother had an account with Chase in another state. She passed away in March, so I was told to…read morego to the local branch (Payson) to provide the death certificate and trust documents. It took 2 different trips where I provided the documents- and my brother also provided the death certificate to the branch where my mom had her account, but the death certificate was never entered into the system. I was later told that I could scan the documents and email them, which I did. The interest that they charged was accruing at $9/daily. They eventually gave me a payoff amount (that was good until the end of the same day)! I wired the payment and had to pay $900 in interest from date of last payment -February through May when I was provided the payoff amount. Exorbitant in light of their responsibility for the delay. I won't be banking with them- unprofessional and incompetent.
