Working with Shannon at Long Design was a great experience for us. We asked Shannon to help us design a 4 bedroom cabin and he did really great work. On top of the quality, he was very patient with us as we made changes throughout the 2-3 month process. Our experience dealing with Long Design Associates will go on record as being the top 3 customer experiences for us, potentially at the top of the list. We found Shannon's demeanor to be condescending, dismissive, and arrogant. Dealing with Tom and his staff cost us a bunch of undue headache, uncertainty and frustration, not to mention lost time. If you require a business to return calls and emails, stand behind proposed work and estimates, and/or demonstrate a modicum of professional courtesy, we recommend you look elsewhere. I had an appointment scheduled over two weeks ago. I drove up from the Valley to meet Shannon. I arrived 15 min early to my appointment. Nobody was in yet, so I left a message that I was at there place waiting. Then, here came two employees. They went in, then called me to say they were running late. They walked out, looked at us waiting in our vehicle and abruptly left. I waited a bit past my appointment. They never showed. Terrible service!!!!
