Seriously, that woman made my experience a total breeze. She is extremely service oriented. Her knowledge of the merchandise and how each compare, was thorough. I was so impressed with how she chose to "think outside of the box." I received instant rebate on a ZTEMax phone. I paid $99.00 after in-store rebates. I was signed up for a promotion on the $50 plan, so as long as I remain active on this new account, my payment will always stay, $50. Additionally, I was given a choice of two accessories. I chose a hard case cover and a screen protector sheet. The store was all out of cases, so immediately without skipping a beat, Annabelle was on it. She called the store on Teger Rd confirmed they had the case I wanted. When she had seemingly worked it out, Annabelle moved pro-actively forward by calling me more store for A few more they had my choice in color. Going further, Annabelle offered to swing by the store and pick the case up for me. This was a beautiful experience all the way around. I highly recommend anyone looking for excellent Metro-pcs customer service through an authorized dealer, ask for Anabelle. You wont regret it. Thank You Lisa G.

None of the methods for opting out (like DMAchoice.com) work and apparently this is because businesses refuse to comply (refuse to remove customers from their mailing lists -- another thing that should be illegal) and the post office refuses to enforce things (see here: https://zerojunkmail.org/every-door-direct-mail-eddm/#:~:text=www.optoutprescreen.com%20and%20choose,the%20credit%20bureaus%20listed%20below.) I don't normally write reviews from my working experiences but after having this experience with…read moreSeeger's Printing I had to break that rule. My company has been using them for years - more like decades and have always been please. They have a great staff, good prices, and high quality products. I would recommend them just from the experiences I've had but now... Today changed all that. They are the very definition of customer services and delivering what they promise. I had send a bid request to several printers for a rush job. One came back from another printer (I haven't used for this type of printing before) and it was $23 cheaper than the others. So I gave them the order. I let them know I NEEDED this job delivered in three days without question and was assured it would happen. On day 3 I called said printer and asked about the status and after a bit of confusion was told my job never printed due to a technical error. They said they emailed me several days prior that I needed to resubmit the order. I never got the email and cancelled the order. I called Seeger's and told them my dilemma. Immediately the staff jumped on my job and everyone from their salesperson (Les) to the printing department (Norma) were emailing letting me know of mistakes, asking questions and getting the job done quickly and done correctly. By the end of the day the items I desperately needed were delivered and were everything I could possibly hope for. I was so excited I hugged the delivery person. Thanks to Seeger's I have a product I can be proud of but most importantly I have a product that was delivered on time and I met my deadline.

When shopping for a newspaper to publish a legal notice, the Turlock Journal, also known as the…read moreCeres Courier, quoted me the price of $125 to publish the notice for four (4) consecutive weeks. When I submitted the legal notice to the contact person at the Turlock Journal, Judy Kenyon, my request was denied. I then went back to the courts in an effort to force the Turlock Journal to publish my notice, which the court backed. However, by the time I resubmitted the notice to Judy Kenyon at the Turlock Journal, I was told the price had essentially doubled to $300 at then end of the month of May. Judy Kenyon then had the NERVE to tell me it was still less than the Modesto Bee, as if that would make the crappy business of doubling the quoted price taste like sugar. This process has left me distraught as I constantly watched the pricing to ensure it aligned with what I reported to the court. When trying to verify updated information, nowhere could I find any indication the price had doubled. Additionally, I could not find any direct contact information for anyone other than Judy Kenyon such as a manager or supervisor. There is simply no one to contact to protest the huge price hike. I understand businesses retain prerogative to change prices but this practice feels more predatory than fair. It seems like the Turlock Journal is attempting to price-gouge when they think no one is able to hold them accountable. How can someone be taken to task if you do not know whom to take to task? Now we are stuck with returning to the courts to inform them the Turlock Journal is no longer a viable option due to their shady business practices and that this business clearly does not honor their own pricing quotes. I will go with another local circular as some of them are $200. Had I known I would receive the ol' bait n' switch from this business, I would have petitioned the court for one of the other Stanislaus county newspapers. Not a good look being greedy Turlock Journal!
