Great find in Launceston. Conveniently located on George Street with a lot of ethnic restaurants. They have sit in, sit out and take out. From what we can tell is they are mainly a take out place. We ordered a Plate versus a Wrap. We chose the Lamb option served with PilaTurkish Rice), salad and sauce...we selected the Garlic & Mint Yogurt, a side of flat bread, a falafel and two drinks. Total cost $35. The lamb was delicious, perfectly cooked with small amount of charred fat to give a great flavor. Love the slightly marinated salad it went very well mixed with lamb and yogurt sauce wrapped in the Turkish flat bread. Rice was tasty but somewhat of a filler. Portions were huge. Disappointed a tad bit in the falafel...had too much garlic for us but sure most love it Service was great. Highly recommend. read more
