I went into the store to use the restroom and make a purchase; the store is well stocked and laid out, making items easy to locate with wide, open isles. The restrooms were clean and well-stocked. They also offer a wide selection of freshly made food items that can be easily ordered using touchscreen terminals to order and customize your selection. I used the self-service terminal and contactless payment and was out of the store with my purchases very quickly. There was also a cashier if I had chosen to not use the self-payment terminal. I was impressed and this Sheetz location definitely earned my five stars.

We drove down and told them our plight and they immediately took us in. They removed the damaged splash guard as it wasn't worth trying to save and he replaced a couple of clamps that he saw had rusted away. Then he checked our tires when he thought one was low. Now there are service centers that might take advantage of an opportunity like this but not here! Jeck's is proof that there are still good and honest people in this world. Also, they still have the plastic guards up from Covid, which provides absolutely zero privacy for anything. Anytime someone has to actually speak to one of the people at the pharmacy, they have to yell over the barrier so that everyone in line hears every single detail. They had multiple people working the register at the pharmacy, even though there was only a small handful of customers there. They filled me prescription in less than 5 minutes. They corrected billed my insurance company and used my cvs card. They even were knowledgeable on where products were in the store. This was a so much better experience than the other cvs in ephrata pa.
